齒科CT遠程故障診斷研究

【摘要】:齒科CT機在醫(yī)學研究中的特殊用途,臨床檢查上具有不可替代的作用,CT作用的對象是病人這一特殊對象,因此對統(tǒng)的安全和可靠運行尤為重要;專門培訓的CT機維修技術(shù)人員比較少對CT機的維修和保養(yǎng)一般都是以聘請廠家維修為主,屬于特殊維護,所以到達現(xiàn)場需要較長時間。為了節(jié)省人力物力,避免不必要的損失,有必要對遠程故障診斷進行研究。 現(xiàn)代化機電設(shè)備的故障診斷技術(shù)越來越受到重視,人們投人大量精力進行研究,機電設(shè)備故障診斷技術(shù)取得了很大的進展:探索出一系列新的理論方法與技術(shù)應用于實際,增加了對設(shè)備故障判斷的效率,奠定了對設(shè)備實施故障診斷分析與修復的堅實基礎(chǔ),使得智能診斷成為可能。 本文主要針對實驗室現(xiàn)有的齒科CT控制電路進行遠程故障診斷的研究,實現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的遠程故障診斷,針對故障表中的故障進行診斷得到故障碼。 為了實現(xiàn)上述功能,首先使用DM9161E芯片,進行了硬件的設(shè)計,配置MAC控制器,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊,編寫底層的驅(qū)動程序,然后在4020處理器上實現(xiàn)嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植和μC/OS-Ⅱ系統(tǒng)下的輕型IP協(xié)議LwIP協(xié)議移植,并針對移植進行任務切換的測試和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊的ping測試以及網(wǎng)頁形式的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸測試,系統(tǒng)和協(xié)議都工作良好,再實現(xiàn)灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析算法和專家系統(tǒng)中基于規(guī)則的正向推理結(jié)合的算法,列出故障表和與之對應的規(guī)則,人為的制造出故障,進行故障的匹配和檢測。通過實際測試,能夠檢驗出故意造成的11個故障中的10個,驗證了算法的正確性。 本文證明了通過嵌入式設(shè)備的遠程故障診斷的可能性,并論證了灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析算法與正向推理結(jié)合方法在設(shè)備診斷中的正確性。
[Abstract]:The special use of dental CT machine in medical research, clinical examination has an irreplaceable role, the object of CT is the special object of patients, so it is particularly important for the safe and reliable operation of the system. The specialized training CT machine maintenance technical personnel is relatively few to the CT machine repair and the maintenance is generally to hire the factory maintenance mainly, belongs to the special maintenance, therefore arrives at the scene to take a long time. In order to save manpower and material resources and avoid unnecessary loss, it is necessary to study remote fault diagnosis. More and more attention has been paid to the fault diagnosis technology of modern electromechanical equipment. People put a lot of effort into the research, and great progress has been made in the fault diagnosis technology of electromechanical equipment. A series of new theories and techniques have been explored and applied in practice. It increases the efficiency of equipment fault judgment, establishes a solid foundation for fault diagnosis and repair of equipment, and makes intelligent diagnosis possible. This paper mainly focuses on the research of remote fault diagnosis based on the existing CT control circuit in the laboratory, realizes the remote fault diagnosis on the Internet, and obtains the fault code for the fault diagnosis in the fault table.
