生物醫(yī)用鎂鋅釔釹合金熱變形行為的研究

【摘要】:采用GLEEBLE 1500熱模擬機(jī)對擠壓Mg-2.3Zn-0.5Nd-0.4Y生物醫(yī)用鎂合金在溫度為200~400℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.001~0.100 s-1、最大變形程度為60%的條件下,進(jìn)行壓縮模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)合金在熱變形時的流變行為。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明此合金是正的應(yīng)變速率敏感材料。合金的峰值流變應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變速率的增大而增加,隨溫度的升高而降低;應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線以動態(tài)再結(jié)晶軟化機(jī)制為特征,熱變形應(yīng)力指數(shù)n為4.0035,變形激活能Q為108.04 kJ/mol,流變應(yīng)力行為滿足雙曲正弦關(guān)系,本構(gòu)方程為:??=A[sinh(ασ)]nexp[ Q/(RT)]=1.1498×107[sinh(0.0133σ)]4.0035exp[ 108.04/(RT)],該本構(gòu)關(guān)系模型的計算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)值間相對誤差小于10%,為確定該醫(yī)用鎂合金的后續(xù)熱加工提供了理論依據(jù)。
