光纖傳輸調(diào)Q銩激光微外科手術(shù)刀切割生物軟組織實驗研究

【摘要】:為了評估光纖傳輸波長為2.013μm的調(diào)Q銩激光作為微外科手術(shù)刀的可行性,研究200μm芯徑的光纖傳輸頻率為1kHz、脈寬為400~1400ns的調(diào)Q銩激光在不同能量和不同切割速度條件下切割新鮮豬腎組織的性能。采用專業(yè)相機拍攝組織切割后的切割線形貌,光學(xué)顯微鏡拍攝組織切片凹坑形貌,使用科學(xué)圖像分析軟件測量凹坑形貌參數(shù),數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析軟件分析實驗數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明相同能量條件下切割速度越大,切割效果越不明顯。相同切割速度時,激光脈沖能量越大切割效果越明顯。光纖傳輸高頻調(diào)Q的銩激光可期望作為微外科手術(shù)刀在臨床上得到應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the feasibility of using Q-switched thulium laser with a wavelength of 2.013 渭 m as a microsurgical scalpel, the transmission frequency of fiber with a core diameter of 200 渭 m is 1 kHz. The performance of Q-switched thulium laser with pulse width of 400~1400ns in cutting fresh porcine kidney at different energy and cutting speed. The cut line morphology of tissue was photographed by professional camera and the concave morphology of tissue slice was photographed by optical microscope. The morphological parameters of the tissue were measured by scientific image analysis software and the experimental data were analyzed by statistical analysis software. The results show that the higher the cutting speed under the same energy condition, the less obvious the cutting effect is. At the same cutting speed, the larger the laser pulse energy is, the more obvious the cutting effect is. Thulium laser can be used as microsurgical scalpel in clinic.
