醫(yī)用設(shè)備項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃研究—MRI項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃

【摘要】:核磁共振設(shè)備是一種新興的醫(yī)學(xué)診斷設(shè)備,由于其對(duì)人體無(wú)害的特性正越來(lái)越多的受到廣大醫(yī)院和患者的青睞。雖然核磁共振設(shè)備由于其特有的神秘感,原理并不為大多數(shù)人所知,但是由于中低端核磁共振設(shè)備價(jià)格的下降和國(guó)家對(duì)各級(jí)醫(yī)院的扶持,目前核磁共振設(shè)備的普及度正逐年提高。 每年以核磁共振原理為探討對(duì)象的文章數(shù)以百計(jì),主要特點(diǎn)是用量子力學(xué)中的原理來(lái)解釋核磁共振現(xiàn)象,歸結(jié)為理論物理范疇;以核磁共振影像學(xué)為代表的研究項(xiàng)目更是數(shù)以千計(jì),主要以病理分析為主,歸結(jié)為醫(yī)學(xué)診斷范疇。本文則試圖從不用的角度——工程角度來(lái)解析核磁共振設(shè)備。 首先,通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)要介紹現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)診斷設(shè)備的發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步引出核磁設(shè)備和現(xiàn)在的主要診斷設(shè)備X射線設(shè)備對(duì)比的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 接下來(lái),簡(jiǎn)要介紹了核磁共振的原理,用來(lái)說(shuō)明為什么核磁設(shè)備對(duì)磁場(chǎng)干擾的敏感,并且為核磁共振項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)——設(shè)備選址中需要考慮的磁干擾作鋪墊。 然后,通過(guò)對(duì)某醫(yī)院核磁項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃中選址以及其后的檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程等一系列問(wèn)題的探討,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明核磁共振項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃需要注意的問(wèn)題。 最后,,本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的原則進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并試圖通過(guò)最簡(jiǎn)短的語(yǔ)言概括核磁項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的基本原則,并提出一種了解核磁設(shè)備的可行的辦法。
[Abstract]:Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a new kind of medical diagnostic equipment, which is more and more popular in hospitals and patients because of its harmless to human body. Although the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment is not known to most people because of its peculiar mystery, but because of the decline in the price of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment at the middle and low end and the state's support to hospitals at all levels, At present, the popularity of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment is increasing year by year. There are hundreds of articles on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) every year, the main characteristic of which is that the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon is explained by the principle of quantum mechanics, which comes down to the category of theoretical physics. Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging is the representative of thousands of research projects, mainly based on pathological analysis, fall into the category of medical diagnosis. This paper tries to analyze the nuclear magnetic resonance equipment from the angle of engineering which is never used. Firstly, by introducing the development of modern medical diagnostic equipment, the advantages of nuclear magnetic equipment compared with X-ray equipment are further derived. Then, the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance is briefly introduced, which is used to explain why nuclear magnetic equipment is sensitive to magnetic field interference, and to pave the way for the magnetic interference that should be considered in the nuclear magnetic resonance project planning. Then, through the discussion of a series of problems in the nuclear magnetic field project planning of a hospital, such as the location selection and the later inspection process, the problems needing attention in the nuclear magnetic resonance project planning are further explained. Finally, this paper summarizes the principles of project planning, and attempts to summarize the basic principles of nuclear magnetic project planning through the simplest language, and puts forward a feasible method to understand nuclear magnetic equipment.
