【摘要】：醫(yī)療信息的復(fù)雜性和動態(tài)性給醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)帶來1巨大挑戰(zhàn)。openEHR規(guī)范的兩層建模思想可以提高醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)的靈活性,適應(yīng)醫(yī)療信息需求的變化。目前雖然已有采用openEHR官方提出的屬性+路徑(node+path)和openEHR參考模型對象關(guān)系映射的openEHR數(shù)據(jù)存儲實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,但其性能無法達(dá)到臨床實(shí)際應(yīng)用的需要。本研究提出一種基于openEHR原型和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的自動映射方法,將原型映射為關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)表、原型屬性映射為關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)表字段,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了原型驅(qū)動的數(shù)據(jù)持久化和數(shù)據(jù)訪問平臺�；谠完P(guān)系映射方法,對原型查詢語言進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,添加INSERT、UPDATE、DELETE等語法,使原型查詢語言支持完整的數(shù)據(jù)操作功能。結(jié)果表明,原型關(guān)系映射方法與屬性+路徑和openEHR參考模型對象關(guān)系映射方法相比,在1 231條數(shù)據(jù)中查詢3條數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)快69倍和8倍,在128 141條數(shù)據(jù)中查詢1 593條數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)快2倍和17倍。原型關(guān)系映射和原型查詢語言等技術(shù)不但可以發(fā)揮兩層建模方法在醫(yī)療信息表達(dá)、存儲和訪問等方面的靈活性優(yōu)勢,而且能大幅提高數(shù)據(jù)訪問的性能。
[Abstract]:The complexity and dynamics of medical information bring a great challenge to medical information system. The two-layer modeling idea of openEHR specification can improve the flexibility of medical information system and adapt to the change of medical information demand. Although there is an implementation scheme of openEHR data storage based on attribute path (node path) and openEHR reference model object-relational mapping proposed by openEHR, its performance can not meet the needs of clinical application. In this paper, an automatic mapping method based on openEHR prototype and relational database is proposed. The prototype is mapped to relational data table, and prototype attribute is mapped to relational data table field. On this basis, a prototype driven data persistence and data access platform is designed. Based on the prototype relational mapping method, the prototype query language is extended, and syntax such as INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE is added to make the prototype query language support the complete data operation function. The results show that compared with attribute path and openEHR reference model object mapping, the prototype relational mapping method is 69 times and 8 times faster when querying 3 pieces of data in 1 231 pieces of data. The speed of querying 1,593 data out of 128,141 data was 2 times and 17 times faster. The techniques of prototype relational mapping and prototype query language can not only give full play to the flexibility of two-tier modeling method in medical information representation, storage and access, but also greatly improve the performance of data access.
