【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)器官移植受到器官來源、倫理以及機(jī)體免疫排斥等方面的限制而難以滿足臨床治療需要。為了應(yīng)對不斷的挑戰(zhàn),組織工程得以誕生和發(fā)展。最初組織工程的含義是聯(lián)合使用細(xì)胞、支架材料和生物活性因子以促進(jìn)組織的修復(fù)和再生方面的研究和應(yīng)用,隨著研究的深入組織工程的概念得到不斷發(fā)展。現(xiàn)代組織工程學(xué)是一門利用工程學(xué)和生命科學(xué)的原理,研究和開發(fā)具有生物活性的人工替代物,以維持、恢復(fù)或提高人體受損組織的功能的交叉學(xué)科。自誕生20多年來,組織工程的發(fā)展大致經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段。再生醫(yī)學(xué)是現(xiàn)代臨床醫(yī)學(xué)的重要分支,與干細(xì)胞和組織工程具有密切的聯(lián)系。組織工程是完美的組織器官再生,是再生醫(yī)學(xué)的關(guān)鍵研究領(lǐng)域,體現(xiàn)了再生醫(yī)學(xué)的主要發(fā)展方向。再生醫(yī)學(xué)的理論和技術(shù)方法促進(jìn)了組織工程的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Traditional organ transplantation is limited by organ source, ethics and immune rejection, so it is difficult to meet the need of clinical treatment. In order to meet the constant challenges, organizational engineering has been born and developed. The original meaning of tissue engineering was to combine cell, scaffold materials and bioactive factors to promote the research and application of tissue repair and regeneration, and the concept of tissue engineering was developed with the development of research. Modern tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary subject which uses the principles of engineering and life science to study and develop artificial substitutes with biological activity to maintain restore or improve the function of damaged tissues of human body. Since the birth of more than 20 years, the development of tissue engineering has undergone three stages. Regenerative medicine is an important branch of modern clinical medicine, which is closely related to stem cells and tissue engineering. Tissue engineering is the perfect tissue and organ regeneration, is the key research field of regenerative medicine, and embodies the main development direction of regenerative medicine. The theory and technical methods of regenerative medicine promote the development of tissue engineering.
