【摘要】：目的:了解纖維蛋白粘合劑的研究進(jìn)展。方法:查閱近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)、外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)纖維蛋白粘合劑的作用機(jī)制、臨床應(yīng)用、新的研究方向、存在問(wèn)題的研究進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)。結(jié)果:纖維蛋白粘合劑通過(guò)與機(jī)體凝血系統(tǒng)相互作用產(chǎn)生凝血效果,黏附于創(chuàng)面發(fā)揮物理止血作用,被用于骨科、心胸外科、肝外科、眼科、乳腺外科、腦/神經(jīng)外科等外科手術(shù),噴灑創(chuàng)面使組織黏附并止血,其新的研究方向?yàn)樽鳛榫忈屜到y(tǒng)和支架材料。存在的問(wèn)題包括來(lái)源污染、變態(tài)過(guò)敏反應(yīng)等安全性問(wèn)題,以及降解快、強(qiáng)度低等局限性。結(jié)論:醫(yī)用纖維蛋白粘合劑因其良好的生物相容性、無(wú)毒性被廣泛應(yīng)用在臨床手術(shù)及新型給藥系統(tǒng)中,其未來(lái)研究應(yīng)增加臨床安全性并克服存在的缺陷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the research progress of fibrin binder. Methods: the mechanism, clinical application, new research direction and existing problems of fibrin binder were summarized and summarized. Results: fibrin binder was used in orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, liver surgery, ophthalmology, mammary surgery, which produced coagulation effect by interacting with blood coagulation system. In brain / neurosurgery, sprayed wounds make tissue adhesion and hemostasis. The new research direction is to be used as a sustained-release system and scaffold material. Problems include source contamination, safety problems such as allergy, and limitations such as fast degradation and low strength. Conclusion: medical fibrin binder is widely used in clinical surgery and new drug delivery system because of its good biocompatibility and nontoxicity. Its future research should increase clinical safety and overcome the defects.
