腦電數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件中關(guān)鍵算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:腦是身體的核心。為了研究腦功能,我們引入了腦電(Electroencephalogram,EEG)。腦電映射了身體狀態(tài)及活動(dòng)情況。頭皮上的不同位置因身體的變化及活動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生了不同的生理電信號(hào),這個(gè)電信號(hào)即是腦電信號(hào)。所有導(dǎo)聯(lián)呈現(xiàn)出的腦電,展現(xiàn)出大腦的活動(dòng)規(guī)律。 為了研究腦電信號(hào),我們實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展了很多算法,在算法方面已有了十余年的積累與沉淀。國(guó)際上已經(jīng)有了幾款腦電信號(hào)處理軟件,對(duì)國(guó)際上的腦電的研究工作起到了很大促進(jìn)作用,但售價(jià)不菲,且數(shù)據(jù)格式都不相同,軟件處理后的信號(hào)之間無(wú)法交流;趪(guó)內(nèi)在腦電軟件上的空缺,我們把實(shí)驗(yàn)的算法如眼電偽跡去除、源定位等以及獨(dú)有的零參考(ReferenceElectrodeStandardizationTechnique,REST),整理到了腦電信號(hào)分析處理軟件中,以便供國(guó)內(nèi)大量從事腦電行業(yè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)使用;我們集中了國(guó)際當(dāng)今主流腦電軟件的數(shù)據(jù)格式于我們的軟件,期望在國(guó)際上也可以起到一個(gè)促進(jìn)作用。 本文工作主要來(lái)源于三年研究生期間的軟件項(xiàng)目,本軟件在原有的框架基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展與完善,擴(kuò)展的功能主要有REST功能、多種數(shù)據(jù)格式的讀取與存儲(chǔ)以及他們之間格式的相互轉(zhuǎn)換等、電極的讀取與匹配、LORETA頭模型切片的讀取及坐標(biāo)匹配、濾波功能、PCA功能、眼電偽跡去除功能、多線程功能、界面的設(shè)計(jì)與功能的連接與實(shí)現(xiàn)等等,同時(shí)為了滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)室的科研工作還開發(fā)了一些比較實(shí)用的軟件功能,如數(shù)據(jù)剪切功能,將有用信息在大數(shù)據(jù)中提取出,,如批處理功能,可以批量進(jìn)行參考轉(zhuǎn)換,支持包括REST的任意參考轉(zhuǎn)換功能,在開發(fā)的過程中為了驗(yàn)證功能的正確性,同時(shí)開發(fā)了測(cè)試功能,保證軟件的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The brain is the core of the body. In order to study brain function, we introduced Electroencephalogram,EEG. EEG maps the state and activity of the body. Different positions on the scalp produce different physiological signals as a result of changes and movements in the body, which are called EEG signals. All leads show EEG, showing the pattern of brain activity. In order to study EEG signals, many algorithms have been developed in our laboratory, which have accumulated and precipitated for more than ten years. There have been several kinds of EEG processing software in the world, which has played a great role in the research of EEG in the world, but the price is not cheap, and the data format is different, so the signals processed by the software can not communicate. Based on the lack of EEG software in China, we put the experimental algorithms such as eye electrical artifacts removal, source location and unique zero reference (ReferenceElectrodeStandardizationTechnique,REST) into the EEG analysis and processing software. In order to be used by a large number of experimental institutions engaged in EEG industry in China, we have concentrated the data format of current mainstream EEG software in our software and hope to play a promoting role in the international market. The work of this paper mainly comes from the software project of three years graduate student period, this software carries on the function extension and consummation on the basis of the original frame, the extended function mainly has the REST function, The reading and storage of various data formats and the conversion between them, the reading and matching of electrode and the reading and coordinate matching of LORETA head model slices, the filtering function of PCA, the removal of eye electrical artifacts, the multithread function, etc. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of scientific research in the laboratory, some practical software functions, such as data cutting function, have been developed to extract useful information from big data, such as batch processing. Batch reference conversion can be carried out, including any reference conversion function of REST. In order to verify the correctness of the function during the development process, the testing function is developed to ensure the quality of the software.
