【摘要】：目的:檢驗應(yīng)用新型連續(xù)型對稱指數(shù)(CSI)檢測健康青年女性矢狀面下肢關(guān)節(jié)角度運動對稱性的有效性。方法:選取22名健康青年女性隨機先后于赤足(BF)或配穿普通運動鞋(NS)狀態(tài)下以最適步行速度行三維步態(tài)測試,用CSI測定兩種步行條件下矢狀面雙下肢髖、膝、踝關(guān)節(jié)角度及三關(guān)節(jié)角度的綜合對稱性情況。結(jié)果:22例受試者矢狀面下肢關(guān)節(jié)角度CSI在兩種步行條件下均升高,髖、膝關(guān)節(jié)獨立CSI及三關(guān)節(jié)綜合CSI兩種狀態(tài)間差異無顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;而踝關(guān)節(jié)獨立CSI(BF:7.6±3.5;NS:9.5±2.8)兩種狀態(tài)間的差異存在顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.013)。結(jié)論:健康女性步行時矢狀面下肢關(guān)節(jié)活動存在雙側(cè)不對稱;CSI指數(shù)是步態(tài)對稱性檢測的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Aim: to test the validity of a new continuous symmetry index (CSI) for detecting the angular motion symmetry of sagittal lower limb joint in healthy young women. Methods: 22 healthy young women were randomly selected to perform 3D gait test at the optimal walking speed under barefoot (BF) or under normal sneaker (NS) condition. The sagittal lower limbs and knees were measured by CSI under two walking conditions. The Synthetical symmetry of ankle angle and triangulation angle. Results the angle CSI of the sagittal lower extremity joint of 22 subjects increased under both walking conditions, but there was no significant difference between the hip, the knee joint independent CSI and the three-joint comprehensive CSI. However, there was a significant difference between the two states (BF:7.6 鹵3.5 NS: 9.5 鹵2.8) (P0. 013). Conclusion: CSI index is an effective method for detecting gait symmetry in healthy women.
