【摘要】：正無創(chuàng)通氣(NIV)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期、急性心源性肺水腫、急性肺損傷/急性呼吸窘迫綜合征引起的急性呼吸衰竭中的應用在臨床實際中已很普遍〔1〕,也有大量文獻已證實它可以減少氣管插管率、住重癥監(jiān)護病房(ICU)的時間、住院時間及死亡率〔2〕,自1989年應用NIV治療急性呼吸衰竭后,它從最初在ICU中的應用逐漸擴展到普通病房,到現(xiàn)在多種疾病的患者使用家庭呼吸機,并從中不同程度的獲
[Abstract]:The application of positive noninvasive ventilation (NIV) in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema and acute lung injury / acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) has been widely used in clinical practice (1). It has also been proved that it can reduce tracheal intubation rate, length of stay in intensive care unit (ICU), length of stay and mortality (2) since NIV was used to treat acute respiratory failure in 1989. It has gradually expanded from its application in ICU to general wards, to the fact that patients with various diseases now use family respirators, from which various degrees of success have been obtained.
