【摘要】：目的探討不同的保濕方法在防止隔夜開顱探查手術(shù)器械生銹方面的效果。方法將器械分為A、B、C、三組,A組器械隔夜時,器械的處理方式為使用后沖洗;B組器械處理方式為使用后沖洗并噴灑保濕劑;C組器械的處理方式為使用后直接噴灑保濕劑。采用目測法及光源放大鏡法檢查三組隔夜后的器械的生銹率和清洗效果。結(jié)果三組器械中,B組器械的生銹率及清洗不合格率最低。結(jié)論利用沖洗加保濕劑相結(jié)合的方法會減少隔夜器械的生銹現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different moisturizing methods on preventing rust of surgical instruments during overnight craniotomy. Methods the instruments were divided into three groups: group A was treated by washing after use and group B was treated by spraying moisturizer and group C was treated by direct spraying of moisturizer after use. The rust rate and cleaning effect of three groups of instruments after night were examined by visual method and light source magnifying glass method. Results the rusting rate and cleaning failure rate of group B were the lowest among the three groups. Conclusion the combination of washing and moisturizing agent can reduce the rusting of overnight instruments.
