精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療中的柔性電子技術(shù)

【摘要】:精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療是一種以個人健康大數(shù)據(jù)為診療依據(jù)的高度個性化的新型醫(yī)療模式,其依靠的數(shù)據(jù)主要包括基因型數(shù)據(jù)、表型數(shù)據(jù)和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù),其中表型數(shù)據(jù)和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的獲取需要借助具有動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集能力的移動測量裝置。本文簡述了精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療的一般概念,提出柔性電子技術(shù)能夠為動態(tài)醫(yī)學(xué)監(jiān)測提供有力的技術(shù)保障,并從材料體系、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、集成方式和數(shù)據(jù)傳遞方式等方面概述了柔性電子技術(shù),結(jié)合了目前柔性電子技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域的研究成果展示了其在精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的巨大應(yīng)用潛力。提出可以從提高系統(tǒng)的供電能力、提高系統(tǒng)的集成度與復(fù)雜度以及深入研究化學(xué)量檢測等方面進一步提升柔性醫(yī)學(xué)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的性能,使其更好地服務(wù)于精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療模式。
[Abstract]:Precision medical treatment is a highly personalized medical model based on the large data of personal health. The data mainly include genotype data, phenotypic data and environmental data, in which the acquisition of phenotypic and environmental data needs a mobile measurement device with the ability of dynamic data collection. The general concept of quasi medical treatment proposes that flexible electronic technology can provide powerful technical support for dynamic medical monitoring. The flexible electronic technology is summarized from the aspects of material system, structure design, integration mode and data transfer mode. The research results of flexible electronic technology in the field of medical monitoring are presented in this paper. The great potential of application in the field of therapy. It is proposed that the performance of the flexible medical monitoring system can be further improved from improving the power supply capacity of the system, improving the system integration and complexity, and studying the chemical measurement in depth, so that it can better serve the precision medical model.
