面向家庭的健康管理系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:社會的發(fā)展和健康知識的普及,使人們對健康的認(rèn)識和需求也不斷的深入和提高,人們已經(jīng)不再滿足于“有病治病”的醫(yī)療模式,集預(yù)防性、預(yù)測性、個體化和參與性為一體的“4P”醫(yī)學(xué)模式,越來越受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。健康管理主要是通過對個體或群體的健康進(jìn)行監(jiān)測、分析和評估,提供健康咨詢和健康指導(dǎo),改善傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)疾病的早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早預(yù)防、早治療。本文圍繞這一指導(dǎo)思想,開發(fā)設(shè)計了一個由家庭用戶和醫(yī)生用戶參與,為家庭用戶提供健康監(jiān)測、健康評估和健康服務(wù)的多方面的面向家庭的健康管理系統(tǒng)。 面向家庭的健康管理系統(tǒng),其服務(wù)對象主要包括健康人群、老年人、慢性病患者等多類人群。家庭用戶使用便攜式醫(yī)療傳感器進(jìn)行生理參數(shù)監(jiān)測,監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)在室內(nèi)通過Zigbee無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行傳輸,生理參數(shù)首先傳輸至家用PC,然后在C/S架構(gòu)下使用TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信協(xié)議進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸,用戶信息存儲在中心數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器中,建立用戶健康檔案。系統(tǒng)根據(jù)用戶生理檢測結(jié)果、日常問卷調(diào)查等信息對用戶的健康狀況進(jìn)行評價,并給出健康建議。另外,醫(yī)生用戶參與,與家庭用戶交互,提供健康咨詢服務(wù);醫(yī)生對用戶用藥信息以及日常生活信息進(jìn)行管理,為其提供服務(wù),使用戶用藥和生活更加便捷和規(guī)范。系統(tǒng)多以語音方式為用戶提供健康服務(wù)。本系統(tǒng)以健康體檢和建立健康檔案為基礎(chǔ),以健康評價為手段,以健康服務(wù)為中心,研究設(shè)計的面向家庭的健康管理系統(tǒng),具有人性化、個性化、智能化和綜合化的特點(diǎn)。 用戶根據(jù)自己需求選擇合適的醫(yī)生,進(jìn)行健康咨詢,醫(yī)生根據(jù)用戶主觀描述、健康體檢和其他健康信息,給出健康建議,提供更加個性化的健康服務(wù)。醫(yī)生管理用戶的用藥信息和日常生活信息,客戶端加載時提取數(shù)據(jù)庫信息,以語音方式向用戶提供這些信息,使服務(wù)更加人性化,系統(tǒng)更具實(shí)用性。 論文深入探討了家庭用戶客戶端、醫(yī)生用戶客戶端和服務(wù)器應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)過程和相關(guān)技術(shù),結(jié)合系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的功能需求,系統(tǒng)使用C/S服務(wù)架構(gòu),在VC6.0和VS2008平臺上,使用C++語言和C#語言進(jìn)行編程,使用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the popularization of health knowledge, people's awareness and demand for health have been deepened and improved constantly. People are no longer satisfied with the medical mode of "treating diseases", which combines prevention and predictability. The "4 P" medical model, which is individualized and participatory, has attracted more and more attention. Health management is to monitor, analyze and evaluate the health of individuals or groups, to provide health consultation and health guidance, to improve the traditional medical model, to realize the early detection, prevention and treatment of diseases. In this paper, a family health management system with the participation of family users and doctor users is developed to provide health monitoring, health assessment and health services for family users. Family-oriented health management system, its service object mainly includes the healthy crowd, the old people, the chronic disease patient and so on many kinds of people. Home users use portable medical sensors to monitor physiological parameters, and the monitoring data is transmitted indoors via the Zigbee wireless network. The physiological parameters are first transmitted to the home PCs, and then the data are transmitted remotely by using TCP / IP network communication protocol under the C / S architecture. The user information is stored in the central database server and the user health file is established. The system evaluates the health status of users according to the results of physiological test and daily questionnaire, and gives health advice. In addition, doctor users participate, interact with family users, provide health consultation services; doctors manage and provide services for users' medication information and daily life information, so as to make users' medication and life more convenient and standardized. The system provides the user with the health service by the voice way. This system is based on health examination and establishing health file, taking health evaluation as the means, taking health service as the center, studies and designs the family oriented health management system, has the humanity, the individuality, the intelligence and the synthesis characteristic. According to their own needs, the user selects the appropriate doctor and carries on the health consultation, the doctor according to the user subjective description, the health examination and other health information, gives the health suggestion, provides the more individualized health service. The doctor manages the user's medication information and daily life information, the client extracts the database information when loading, and provides these information to the user by voice, which makes the service more humanized and the system more practical. This paper deeply discusses the development process and related technology of home user client, doctor user client and server application program. Combining with the functional requirements of system development, the system uses C / S service architecture, on VC6.0 and VS2008 platform. C language and C # language are used to program, SQL Server database technology is used to develop database.
