微電極陣列電刺激視網(wǎng)膜的溫度場(chǎng)有限元分析

【摘要】:為了避免長(zhǎng)期電刺激造成視網(wǎng)膜熱損傷,本研究旨在探討使用視網(wǎng)膜假體時(shí)電極陣列參數(shù)對(duì)視網(wǎng)膜溫度分布的影響。參照實(shí)際的視網(wǎng)膜上假體,用有限元軟件(COMSOL Multiphysics)建立4×4微電極陣列電刺激視網(wǎng)膜的三維模型,計(jì)算電刺激視網(wǎng)膜時(shí)的穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)。分析了電極觸點(diǎn)間距、材料與觸點(diǎn)半徑(即面積)等參數(shù)對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)分布的影響。采用實(shí)際刺激電流,視網(wǎng)膜內(nèi)穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度最大增加約0.004℃;電極觸點(diǎn)間距從130μm增加到520μm時(shí),溫度降低約0.006℃;觸點(diǎn)半徑從130μm增加到260μm時(shí),溫度降低約0.005℃。結(jié)果表明,4×4微電極陣列電刺激不會(huì)對(duì)視網(wǎng)膜造成熱損傷。視網(wǎng)膜內(nèi)的最大溫度隨著電極觸點(diǎn)間距的增加而降低,間距超過(guò)觸點(diǎn)直徑時(shí)最大溫度之間的差異減少;溫度隨著觸點(diǎn)面積增加而降低;不同電極材料之間的溫度差別可忽略。合理地設(shè)計(jì)電極觸點(diǎn)間距和面積可以減少電刺激時(shí)的溫升。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid retinal thermal injury caused by long-term electrical stimulation, this study was designed to investigate the effect of electrode array parameters on retinal temperature distribution when retinal prosthesis was used. According to the actual supraretinal prosthesis, a three-dimensional model of 4 脳 4 microelectrode array was established by finite element software (COMSOL Multiphysics) to calculate the steady-state temperature field of retina. The effects of contact distance, material and contact radius (i.e. area) on the temperature field distribution are analyzed.
