添加納米聚磷腈對聚氨酯材料微生物黏附性能的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察純聚氨酯材料(PU)、含1%和5%納米聚磷腈的聚氨酯材料(PZS-1%、PZS-5%)表面白念菌和變形鏈球菌黏附情況。方法:測定3種材料(PU、PZS-1%、PZS-5%)表面粗糙度,并將其分別于白念菌和變鏈球菌菌液中進(jìn)行黏附實驗,分析材料表面微生物的黏附情況。采用SAS8.02軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:PU、PZS-1%和PZS-5%材料的表面粗糙度由大到小依次為PUPZS-1%PZS-5%(P0.001);白念菌和變鏈球菌黏附實驗中,黏附微生物量從多到少依次為PUPZS-1%PZS-5%(P0.001)。結(jié)論:添加不同比例的納米聚磷腈,對聚氨酯材料微生物黏附性能有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the adhesion of pure polyurethane (pu), polyurethane material containing 1% and 5% nano-polyphosphazene (PZS-1) and Streptococcus mutans (S.mutans). Methods: the surface roughness of three kinds of materials (PUPZS-1 and PZS-5%) was determined, and the adhesion experiments were carried out in Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans respectively to analyze the adhesion of microbes on the surface of the materials. The data were analyzed by SAS 8.02 software package. Results the surface roughness of PZS-1% and PZS-5% was PUPZS-1 PZS-5% (P0.001), and the amount of adhesion microorganism was PUPZS-1PZS-5% (P0.001) in the adhesion experiment of Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans. Conclusion: the addition of nano-polyphosphazene in different proportion has a certain effect on the microbial adhesion of polyurethane materials.
