MRI實時交互虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)在醫(yī)療方面的迅猛發(fā)展,MRI影像技師的隊伍也在逐年的擴大。但MRI設(shè)備昂貴,體積龐大,安裝過程繁瑣,極不方便移動,這些給MRI操作技師最初的學(xué)習(xí)帶來很大的麻煩。 日常教學(xué)過程中,技師學(xué)員在課堂上極少有機會能夠接觸到實際的MRI設(shè)備,欠缺實際操作經(jīng)驗。并且,近年來,患者在就診過程中自我保護的意識正在逐漸增強,而實踐技師的人數(shù)卻在逐年增多,傳統(tǒng)的直接以病人為實踐對象的教學(xué)模式,已經(jīng)不能給MRI操作技師的初學(xué)者提供足夠的實際操作機會, 鑒于此,本文結(jié)合MRI臨床檢查的具體操作情況,研究并設(shè)計開發(fā)了具有實時反饋和人機交互控制的MRI技師培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。首先基于虛擬現(xiàn)實建模技術(shù),研究了MRI實時交互虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的建模的方法和流程,構(gòu)建了虛擬診室的場景和MRI儀器各部件的虛擬模型。然后,,借助EON軟件開發(fā)工具,利用虛擬現(xiàn)實中的視點跟蹤,碰撞檢測,物體拾取,數(shù)據(jù)實時反饋和網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),完成了MRI虛擬診室漫游,MRI虛擬設(shè)備的拆卸與安裝和MRI臨床檢查掃描過程的仿真交互練習(xí)等人機實時交互控制功能的開發(fā)。最后,采用VC++6.0為開發(fā)工具,運用與SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫無縫連接的方法,建立了病人信息記錄表,并對人機交互式圖像分割算法等方面進行了研究,完成了對MRI軟件培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)中MRI掃描控制,影像中病灶標(biāo)記及測量,圖像排版及打印和病人信息歸檔及查詢這四個主要的功能模塊的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了從硬件方面到軟件方面對MRI影像技師的初學(xué)者全方位的虛擬培訓(xùn)。 經(jīng)驗證,本文研究并開發(fā)的MRI實時交互虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)可以為MRI影像技師的初學(xué)者提供MRI操作全過程的虛擬培訓(xùn),并可以進一步的規(guī)范MRI臨床檢查的操作過程,能夠起到考核和輔助教學(xué)的作用,并且系統(tǒng)操作簡單易用,運行穩(wěn)定良好,有較高的實用價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in medical field, the number of MRI imaging technicians is expanding year by year. However, MRI equipment is expensive, bulky, the installation process is cumbersome, extremely inconvenient to move, which brings great trouble to the initial learning of MRI operator. In the course of daily teaching, technicians rarely have access to actual MRI equipment in class, and lack practical experience. Moreover, in recent years, patients' awareness of self-protection in the process of attending medical treatment is gradually increasing, while the number of practical technicians is increasing year by year. It has not been possible for the beginners of MRI operation technician to have enough practical operation opportunity. In view of this, this article combined with the specific operation of MRI clinical examination, An MRI technician training system with real-time feedback and interactive control is studied and developed. Firstly, based on the virtual reality modeling technology, the modeling method and process of MRI real-time interactive virtual training system are studied, and the scene of virtual diagnosis room and the virtual model of each part of MRI instrument are constructed. Then, with the help of EON software development tools, the key technologies of virtual reality, such as view tracking, collision detection, object pickup, real-time data feedback and network release, are used. The disassembly and installation of MRI virtual equipment in MRI virtual diagnosis room and the simulation interactive exercise in the course of MRI clinical examination and scanning were completed. The function of man-machine real-time interactive control was developed. Finally, using VC 6.0 as the development tool and using the method of seamless connection with SQL database, the patient information record table is established, and the human-computer interactive image segmentation algorithm is studied. The four main function modules of MRI scanning control, image marking and measurement, image typesetting and printing, patient information archiving and querying in MRI software training system have been developed. From the hardware aspect to the software aspect to the MRI image technician beginner's omnidirectional virtual training. It is proved that the real time interactive virtual training system of MRI developed in this paper can provide virtual training for the beginners of MRI imaging technician in the whole process of MRI operation, and can further standardize the operation process of MRI clinical examination. It has the function of examination and assistant teaching, and the system is simple and easy to use, running stably and well, and has higher practical value.
