【摘要】:Taylor空間支架(Taylor spatial frame,TSF)是在Ilizarov技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合特定的計(jì)算機(jī)程序,輸入各項(xiàng)參數(shù)后執(zhí)行程序,根據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)生成的電子處方來調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的支撐桿,進(jìn)行畸形矯正的外固定系統(tǒng)。該文就TSF在創(chuàng)傷骨折及創(chuàng)傷后遺癥治療、四肢畸形矯正、足踝畸形矯正等方面的臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,作一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:Taylor spatial frame TSF is a kind of external fixation system based on Ilizarov technology and combined with a specific computer program. After the parameters are input, the corresponding support rod is adjusted according to the electronic prescription generated by the computer, and the deformity correction is carried out. This article reviews the clinical application of TSF in the treatment of traumatic fracture and its sequelae, the correction of extremities and ankle deformities, and so on.
