復(fù)雜超聲模體快速制造及其B超成像

【摘要】:本文針對超聲模體仿骨骼材料和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。在材料上,結(jié)合高分子材料的易加工和疏水性能,將納米羥基磷灰石顆粒與環(huán)氧樹脂、聚氨酯進(jìn)行復(fù)合來制備仿骨骼材料。在結(jié)構(gòu)上,對胎兒模型整體成型的問題與其硅膠模具制造過程中存在脫模困難等問題進(jìn)行解決。首先,采用KH550硅烷偶聯(lián)劑改性后的n-HA和E-44型號環(huán)氧樹脂為原料,制備n-HA/環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料。其性能測定結(jié)果表明,n-HA在環(huán)氧樹脂基體中分散均勻,n-HA/環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料試樣能夠在一定時間內(nèi)于仿肌肉組織材料中不潰散,在B超下的觀察圖像呈現(xiàn)亮白色、外緣輪廓清晰可辨。采用透射法測試復(fù)合材料試樣,其聲速為3 353.727 6 m/s,聲衰減系數(shù)為37.332 4 dB/(m·Hz)。然后,以蓖麻油和n-HA為原料,以異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯為交聯(lián)劑,1,4-丁二醇為擴(kuò)鏈劑,采用原位復(fù)合法制備n-HA/PU復(fù)合材料。其性能測定結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)n-HA加入量為37%,固化條件為25℃真空脫泡1 h處理,移入37℃電熱干燥箱內(nèi)36 h后,升溫60℃至固化完全。該條件下制備的n-HA/PU復(fù)合材料,n-HA在聚氨酯基體中分散均勻,n-HA/PU試樣能夠在一定時間內(nèi)于仿肌肉組織中不潰散,B超下圖像清晰可辨。最后,綜合考慮子宮內(nèi)胎兒的真實體態(tài)、硅膠模具的尺寸大小及硅膠模型拆模難易程度等因素,將模型手指、腳趾等細(xì)節(jié)部位改為合并狀態(tài),修改模型尺寸后采用整體澆注制造硅膠模具。經(jīng)過修改的胎兒模型進(jìn)行仿肌肉組織材料澆注后,B超圖像顯示輪廓清晰。將仿骨骼材料脊骨實體,內(nèi)置于胎兒硅膠模具中,將仿肌肉組織材料澆注入胎兒硅膠模具中,固化成型后拆模得到多組織復(fù)雜超聲模體。在B超下觀察,仿肌肉組織材料的胎兒外形輪廓能夠清晰分辨,仿骨骼復(fù)合材料脊骨模型呈現(xiàn)高亮白。兩種材料明暗亮度有著顯著差異,在B超設(shè)備下觀察效果良好。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the bone materials and structures of ultrasonic motifs were studied. Based on the easy processing and hydrophobicity of polymer materials, nano-hydroxyapatite particles were combined with epoxy resin and polyurethane to prepare bone imitating materials. In the aspect of structure, the problems of the whole foetal model forming and the difficulty of removing the mould in the process of manufacturing the silicone mold are solved. Firstly, n-HA / epoxy resin composites were prepared by using n-HA and E-44 epoxy resin modified by KH550 silane coupling agent as raw materials. The results showed that the homogenized n-HA / epoxy resin composites dispersed in epoxy resin matrix could not collapse in the muscle tissue material for a certain time, and the observed images under B-ultrasound showed bright white. The contour of the outer edge is clearly discernible. The sound velocity and attenuation coefficient of the composite materials are 3 353.727 6 m / s and 37.332 4 dB / m 路s ~ (-1), respectively, measured by transmission method. Then, n-HA / pu composites were prepared by in-situ compounding method with castor oil and n-HA as raw materials and isophorone diisocyanate as crosslinking agent and 1,4-butanediol as chain extender.
