【摘要】:正神經(jīng)編碼信息如感覺(jué)數(shù)據(jù)、活動(dòng)計(jì)劃、情感狀態(tài)和思想等都是通過(guò)成為動(dòng)作電位的電脈沖來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,動(dòng)作電位會(huì)激發(fā)細(xì)胞的鈣離子通道。利用與鈣結(jié)合的工程學(xué)熒光蛋白,麻省理工學(xué)院Boyden的團(tuán)隊(duì)與維也納大學(xué)的研究人員共同開(kāi)發(fā)了大腦繪圖方法。他們已經(jīng)研發(fā)出能夠繪制動(dòng)物整個(gè)大腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)的成像體統(tǒng)。新方法能夠調(diào)查整個(gè)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的能力,幫助我們找到參與大腦疾病的細(xì)胞或網(wǎng)絡(luò),找到新的療法。
[Abstract]:Positive neural coding information such as sensory data, activity planning, emotional state and thought are realized by becoming electrical pulses of action potential, which excites the calcium channel of cells. Using calcium-bound engineering fluorescent proteins, MIT Boyden's team and researchers at the University of Vienna developed brain mapping methods. They have developed imaging systems that can map the entire brain activity of animals. New methods can investigate the ability of the entire nervous system, help us find cells or networks involved in brain disease, and find new treatments.
