【摘要】:脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究對(duì)正確了解與評(píng)估脊柱的損傷及對(duì)脊柱的植入物手術(shù)等有重要的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。由于脊柱運(yùn)動(dòng)是三維空間六個(gè)自由度的耦合運(yùn)動(dòng),模擬在體脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)存在很大的挑戰(zhàn)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外很多實(shí)驗(yàn)室都研制了款式各異的脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī),尚沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范。脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)經(jīng)歷了從二維到三維,從手動(dòng)控制到自動(dòng)控制的發(fā)展過(guò)程。近年來(lái),隨著脊柱外科學(xué)的發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出越來(lái)越多的脊柱運(yùn)動(dòng)測(cè)量方法與工具。根據(jù)脊柱的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性、生理特點(diǎn)及研究目的,選擇符合脊柱運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的的脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)是非常必要的。本文旨在南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)南方醫(yī)院脊柱和脊髓損傷研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)有的脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的控制及檢測(cè)裝置等硬件基礎(chǔ)上,基于LabVIEW研制了一套脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),用來(lái)產(chǎn)生脊柱的前屈、后伸、側(cè)彎、側(cè)旋運(yùn)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)脊柱六個(gè)自由度的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確和便利的測(cè)量目的。 本文介紹了脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)裝置的工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍;設(shè)計(jì)了基于阿爾泰采集卡、扭矩傳感器及力川伺服電機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)的脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)裝置,基于LabVIEW開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)研制了脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)裝置控制系統(tǒng);解決了三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的扭矩控制及角速率控制,并設(shè)置了控制系統(tǒng)的安全范圍,達(dá)到脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的使用目的。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:基于LabVIEW的脊柱三維運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)具有采樣速率快,,扭矩控制準(zhǔn)確,使用方便,界面簡(jiǎn)潔,具有可靠性高和易于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The study of three-dimensional motion of spine has important clinical significance in understanding and evaluating the injury of spine and in the operation of spinal implant. Because the spine motion is a coupling motion of six degrees of freedom in three dimensional space, there is a great challenge in simulating the three dimensional motion of the spine in vivo. At present, many laboratories at home and abroad have developed different types of spine three-dimensional motion testing machine, there is no unified standards and specifications. The three-dimensional motion testing machine of spine has experienced the development from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, from manual control to automatic control. In recent years, with the development of spinal surgery, more and more spinal motion measurement methods and tools have emerged. According to the motion characteristics, physiological characteristics and research objectives of the spine, it is necessary to select a three dimensional spine motion testing machine which accords with the spine motion law. The purpose of this paper is to develop a control system of spine three-dimensional motion testing machine based on LabVIEW based on the existing control and detection device of spine and spinal cord injury research laboratory in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. It is used to produce flexion, extension, lateral bending and lateral rotation motion of the spine, so as to achieve the motion characteristics of six degrees of freedom of the spine and to achieve accurate and convenient measurement. This paper introduces the working principle and application scope of the spine three-dimensional motion testing machine, and designs the spine three-dimensional motion testing machine device based on Altay acquisition card, torque sensor and Lichuan servo motor. Based on the LabVIEW development platform, the control system of spine three-dimensional motion device is developed, the torque control and angle rate control of three-dimensional motion testing machine are solved, and the safety range of control system is set up to achieve the purpose of using the three-dimensional spine motion testing machine. The experimental results show that the control system based on LabVIEW has the advantages of high sampling rate, accurate torque control, convenient use, simple interface, high reliability and easy maintenance.
