【摘要】：目的將經(jīng)硅烷偶聯(lián)劑表面改性過的鈦酸鉀晶須以不同的質(zhì)量分數(shù)加入到硅橡膠軟襯材料中,對此復合材料進行性能測試、掃描觀察。探討鈦酸鉀晶須的添加量對硅橡膠軟襯材料性能變化及超微結構的影響,從而為硅橡膠軟襯材料更好地應用于臨床中提供理論依據(jù)和實驗數(shù)據(jù)。方法首先利用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑獲得表面改性處理的鈦酸鉀晶須,將經(jīng)表面改性的鈦酸鉀晶須按照1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的質(zhì)量比加入硅橡膠軟襯材料中充分混合,未添加鈦酸鉀晶須的作為對照組,放入預先制備好的金屬模具中,按實驗要求制成不同規(guī)格的試件,同一質(zhì)量分數(shù)記為一組,共6組,每組制作試件5個,對添加不同質(zhì)量分數(shù)鈦酸鉀晶須的各組試件進行5項性能檢測,制作試件150個。試件表面完整光滑無氣泡無雜質(zhì),制備完成后浸泡于無菌人工唾液中,37℃下保存24小時備用。檢測項目包括以下幾項:使用邵氏A硬度計對各組試件的邵氏硬度進行檢測,利用微機控制萬能力學試驗機對復合材料的拉伸強度、粘結強度進行性能測試,并計算拉伸伸長率。將每組試件分別浸泡在人工唾液中7天、15天、30天后,計算吸水率和溶解率。借助掃描電鏡觀察,被拉斷的試件斷裂面晶須的分散情況。通過對各項檢測結果的綜合分析,得知鈦酸鉀晶須對硅橡膠軟襯材料性能影響的結果及性能最佳時的添加比例。結果1.參照相關指標,邵氏硬度值可隨著鈦酸晶須添加量的增多逐漸變大,拉伸強度、拉伸伸長率及粘結強度呈先上升后下降的變化趨勢。當鈦酸鉀晶須的添加量為4%時達到峰值,綜合機械性能達到最佳狀態(tài)。2.隨著時間的延長,同組硅橡膠軟襯在人工唾液中的吸水率先增大后減小,而溶解率卻不斷增大。在相同的時間段內(nèi),對于添加不同比例鈦酸鉀晶須的各個實驗組,吸水率和溶解率與對照組相比無明顯變化。3.掃描電鏡觀察試件斷面,發(fā)現(xiàn)鈦酸鉀晶須的添加比例小于3%時,晶須稀疏且散落分布;當鈦酸鉀晶須添加比達到4%時,晶須廣泛,分散均勻,無纏繞團聚;而當添加比增大到5%時,晶須在硅橡膠軟襯中的分散程度變差,發(fā)生聚合的程度變高。結論鈦酸鉀晶須的質(zhì)量比在4%時,復合材料的各項檢測項目達到最佳狀態(tài),此時晶須在硅橡膠軟襯材料中的分散性也較好,無明顯團聚,有利于硅橡膠軟襯材料與晶須增強體間力的傳遞。
[Abstract]:Aim to add potassium titanate whisker modified by silane coupling agent into the soft lining of silicone rubber with different mass fraction. The properties of the composite were tested and scanned. The effect of the amount of potassium titanate whisker on the properties and ultrastructure of silicone rubber soft liner is discussed, which provides theoretical basis and experimental data for the better application of silicon rubber soft lining material in clinical practice. Methods the surface modified potassium titanate whisker was first prepared by silane coupling agent. The surface modified potassium titanate whisker was fully mixed with the silicone rubber soft lining material according to the mass ratio of 1% to 4%, and no potassium titanate whisker was added as the control group. Put into the metal mould prepared in advance, according to the experimental requirements, make different size of the specimen, the same mass fraction recorded as a group, a total of 6 groups, each group of 5 samples, The properties of each sample with different mass fraction of potassium titanate whisker were tested and 150 samples were made. The surface of the specimen was smooth and free of air and impurity. After preparation, the specimen was soaked in sterile artificial saliva and stored for 24 hours at 37 鈩，
