【摘要】：目的:探討拋光工具對樹脂表面微觀結構的影響并與離體天然牙釉質表面進行比較。方法:將5種樹脂試件(n=9)隨機各分為3組(n=3):Astropol拋光(A)組、Sof-Lex拋光(B)組、Super-snap拋光(C)組,分別進行拋光,對照(D)組為離體牙釉質表面。原子力顯微鏡測試試件表面粗糙度和微觀結構。結果:拋光后A組的Ra值低于B組(P=0.015);Z350 XT樹脂拋光后獲得的Ra值最低(P0.05);用3種不同的拋光工具拋光5種不同的樹脂與對照組的Ra值比較無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結論:Astropol拋光工具效果優(yōu)于Sof-Lex;Z350 XT與其它4種樹脂相比有更好的拋光性能;3種拋光工具對5種樹脂拋光均有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of polishing tools on the microstructure of resin surface and compare it with that of natural enamel in vitro. Methods: five kinds of resinous specimens were randomly divided into three groups: Sof-Lex polishing group (Sof-Lex) group and control group (DDgroup). The surface roughness and microstructure of the specimen were measured by atomic force microscope (AFM). Results: the Ra value of group A after polishing was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P 0.05) by polishing 5 different resins with three different polishing tools. Conclusion compared with other four kinds of resins, the effect of the W Astropol polishing tool is better than that of the Sof-Lexus Z350 XT. 3 kinds of polishing tools are effective for the polishing of 5 kinds of resins.
