溫敏水凝膠釋放潤滑液的摩擦學性能

【摘要】:為了改善人工關節(jié)的潤滑性能、延長使用壽命,將溫敏水凝膠作為載體釋放人工關節(jié)潤滑液,并通過磨損試驗測試了釋放液的摩擦學性能。采用開環(huán)聚合法制備了可在體溫下實現(xiàn)溶膠-凝膠原位相變的聚己內(nèi)酯-聚乙二醇-聚己內(nèi)酯(PCEC)溫敏水溶膠。將具有潤滑作用的殼聚糖(CS)/牛血清白蛋白(BSA)混合液載入溶膠,在37℃相變?yōu)槟z狀態(tài)下進行體外釋放試驗。通過Bradford法測試了PCEC水凝膠釋放潤滑液的釋放性能,通過磨損試驗得到了釋放液的摩擦學性能。試驗結(jié)果表明:釋放液中BSA的濃度為釋放前凝膠的BSA濃度的1%左右;采用Al2O3陶瓷球與Co-Cr-Mo盤作為配副時,釋放液的摩擦系數(shù)僅為蒸餾水、生理鹽水或模擬體液摩擦系數(shù)的25%左右;釋放液潤滑下配副的磨損率比生理鹽水低73%左右,比蒸餾水低50%左右,比模擬體液低20%左右。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the lubrication performance and prolong the service life of artificial joint, the temperature sensitive hydrogel was used as the carrier to release the artificial joint lubricant, and the tribological properties of the release solution were tested by wear test.
