脊柱頂絲用Ti-6Al-4V ELI鈦合金性能的研究

【摘要】:研究Ti-6Al-4V ELI化學(xué)成分中Fe和O含量(A,B組),熱處理制度:退火溫度和時(shí)間(C,D組)等四個(gè)因素分別對(duì)脊柱頂絲類(lèi)醫(yī)用鈦合金Ti-6Al-4VELI棒材力學(xué)性能的影響,設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的4因素3水平正交實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)上述實(shí)驗(yàn)所得基本力學(xué)性能數(shù)據(jù)的分析,結(jié)果表明:在各因素水平變化范圍之內(nèi),強(qiáng)度以高O含量(B組)的Ti-6Al-4V ELI最高,其對(duì)強(qiáng)度影響大小的次序?yàn)?氧含量、鐵含量、退火溫度和退火時(shí)間;而塑性則以退火時(shí)間為D3組時(shí)最高,其對(duì)斷后伸長(zhǎng)率影響由大到小次序?yàn)?鐵含量(退火時(shí)間)、退火溫度、氧含量;同時(shí)硬度則以高氧含量組的最高,其對(duì)硬度影響由大到小的次序則為:氧含量、鐵含量、退火時(shí)間和退火溫度。當(dāng)Fe含量控制在0.2%,O含量控制在0.13%左右的Ti-6Al-4V ELI鈦合金,采用650~700℃/1.5 h退火處理時(shí),可獲得強(qiáng)度(Rm1050MPa,Rp0.2960 MPa),塑性(A15%,Z50%),硬度(HV310)理想的綜合性能優(yōu)異作為脊柱頂絲類(lèi)醫(yī)用的高強(qiáng)韌性Ti-6Al-4V ELI鈦合金棒材。
[Abstract]:The effects of Fe and O contents in the chemical composition of Ti-6Al-4V ELI on the mechanical properties of medical titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4VELI bars of spinal apical wire were studied. The four factors, such as heat treatment, annealing temperature and time, respectively, were used to determine the mechanical properties of the Ti-6Al-4VELI bars. The orthogonal experiments with 4 factors and 3 levels were designed and carried out. Through the analysis of the data of basic mechanical properties obtained from the above experiments, the results show that the strength of Ti-6Al-4V ELI with high O content and B content is the highest in the range of level change of each factor, and the order of its influence on the strength is: oxygen content, iron content, and so on. Annealing temperature and annealing time, and plasticity is the highest when annealing time is D3, and the influence on elongation after break is in the order of iron content (annealing time, annealing temperature, oxygen content), and hardness is the highest in high oxygen content group. The order of influence on hardness is oxygen content, iron content, annealing time and annealing temperature. When Fe content is controlled at 0.2% and O content is about 0.13%, Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy is annealed at 650 鈩,
