【摘要】：背景:目前市場上各種新型敷料層出不窮,并呈現(xiàn)多樣化、多功能的發(fā)展趨勢,而尚未有一種敷料能夠滿足人們對理想創(chuàng)面敷料的需求,這種理想的新敷料仍在探索中。目的:了解葡聚糖的基本生理功能、自身高分子優(yōu)勢以及與其他高分子、大分子結(jié)合的促愈合效果,推進葡聚糖作為新型醫(yī)用敷料的研究進程。方法:利用計算機檢索CNKI、Pub Med、萬方醫(yī)學網(wǎng)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫從2000年1月到2016年12月的相關文獻,中文檢索詞為"葡聚糖,傷口敷料",英文檢索詞為"dressing,dextran,wound healing"。通過文獻精讀和泛讀后得到與葡聚糖和傷口敷料相關的綜述類文獻以及相關研究文獻31篇。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)葡聚糖具有促進傷口愈合、提高免疫力的生理功能,這些生理功能是葡聚糖作為醫(yī)用敷料的基礎;(2)葡聚糖具有吸水性、生物可降解性、無毒性等高分子優(yōu)勢;(3)將葡聚糖與其他高分子、大分子結(jié)合制備的新型聚合物已通過動物實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)具有促進傷口愈合的效果。以上幾點共同說明了葡聚糖在制備新型醫(yī)用敷料方面具有廣闊的臨床前景。
[Abstract]:Background: at present, a variety of new dressings are emerging in the market, showing a diversified and multi-functional trend, but there is not yet a dressing to meet the needs of the ideal wound dressing, this ideal new dressing is still in the process of exploration. Objective: to understand the basic physiological function of dextran, its own polymer advantages and the healing effect of combination with other macromolecules and macromolecules, and to promote the research progress of dextran as a new medical dressing. Methods: the relevant documents of CNKI Pub Med, Wanfang Medical Network and Wiper database from January 2000 to December 2016 were searched by computer. The Chinese key words were "dextran, wound dressing", and the English key word was "dressing-dextran tranwound healing". After intensive and extensive reading of the literature, 31 related literature and literature about dextran and wound dressing were obtained. Results and conclusion: dextran has the physiological functions of promoting wound healing and enhancing immunity. These physiological functions are that dextran is the basis of medical dressing.) dextran has water absorption and biodegradability. A new type of polymer, which combines dextran with other macromolecules and macromolecules, has been found to promote wound healing through animal experiments. These points show that dextran has a broad clinical prospect in the preparation of new medical dressings.
