口腔氧化鋯納米粉體的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:目的:探討鹽助溶液燃燒法(Salt-assisted solution Combustion Synthesis,SSCS)的工藝條件,制備性能優(yōu)良的3mol%氧化釔(Y2O3)穩(wěn)定四方相多晶體氧化鋯(3Y-TZP)納米粉體。方法:以硝酸氧鋯和尿素為原料,采用SSCS法和冷凍干燥法制備3Y-TZP納米粉體。利用熱重-差熱分析(TG-DTA)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和透射電鏡(TEM)檢測分析粉體表征。采用正交試驗考察了鋯離子的濃度(A)、尿素和金屬硝酸鹽摩爾比(B)、KCL和金屬硝酸鹽摩爾比(C)、前驅(qū)體的引燃溫度(D)對粉體晶粒度的影響。結(jié)果:前驅(qū)體引燃溫度和尿素加入量是最重要的影響因素,最佳的工藝條件是A:0.085mol/L,B:1,C:3,D:400℃。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)XRD檢測分析為四方相多晶體氧化鋯,晶粒度(DXRD)為2.9~9.0nm。TEM觀察在最優(yōu)工藝水平下制備的粉體形貌為球形、高分散的、低團聚的、平均粒徑約為5.38nm的納米粉體,與DXRD基本一致。并且隨著引燃溫度的增加粉體粒徑變大,而且團聚加重。結(jié)論:通過鹽助溶液燃燒法可以制備性能良好的3Y-TZP納米粉體。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the process conditions of salt-assisted solution Combustion synthesis (SSCS) and to prepare 3 mol% yttrium oxide (Y2O3) stabilized tetragonal polycrystalline zirconia 3Y-TZP nanoparticles. Methods: using zirconium nitrate and urea as raw materials, 3Y-TZP nano-powders were prepared by SSCS and freeze-drying methods. The powder was characterized by thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTAA) X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of concentration of zirconium ion, molar ratio of urea to metal nitrate, molar ratio of metal nitrate, and ignition temperature of precursor on the grain size of powders were investigated by orthogonal test. Results: the most important influencing factors were ignition temperature of precursor and amount of urea.
