【摘要】：目的探討磁共振成像(MRI)與高頻超聲在乳腺癌診斷中的臨床價(jià)值。方法選取臨床懷疑為乳腺癌的80例女性患者,術(shù)后66例病理檢查證實(shí)為乳腺癌,術(shù)前行MRI及高頻超聲檢查,分析檢查準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果 MRI檢測(cè)62例診斷為乳腺癌,18例診斷為良性病變;高頻超聲檢測(cè)60例診斷為乳腺癌,20例診斷為良性病變;MRI與高頻超聲聯(lián)合檢測(cè)時(shí)67例診斷為乳腺癌、13例診斷為良性病變。MRI與高頻超聲診斷乳腺癌時(shí)敏感度、特異度、陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值、診斷符合率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),聯(lián)合檢查時(shí)敏感度、診斷符合率均高于單獨(dú)任何一項(xiàng)檢查(P0.05),特異度、陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值與單項(xiàng)檢查比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MRI與高頻超聲檢查診斷乳腺癌的敏感性、特異性、陰性預(yù)測(cè)值、診斷符合率接近,以上方法聯(lián)合檢查能明顯提高敏感性及診斷符合率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of MRI and high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Sixty-six women with suspected breast cancer were examined by MRI and high-frequency ultrasound before operation. Results 62 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by MRI. 18 cases were diagnosed as benign lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value of MRI and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer were detected by high frequency ultrasound in 60 cases with breast cancer and 20 cases with benign lesions, and in 67 cases with breast cancer by MRI and high frequency ultrasound in 13 cases of benign lesions. The sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of MRI and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed. There was no significant difference in diagnostic coincidence rate (P 0.05). The sensitivity and diagnostic coincidence rate of combined examination were higher than that of any single test (P 0.05, specificity). There was no significant difference between positive predictive value and single test (P 0.05). Conclusion the sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI and high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer are similar. The combination of the above methods can obviously improve the sensitivity and diagnostic coincidence rate.
