【摘要】:背景:鈦合金材料因具有良好的生物相容性、耐腐蝕性和綜合力學(xué)性能被廣泛用于臨床,如何賦予其優(yōu)良的抗菌性以應(yīng)對(duì)內(nèi)植物相關(guān)感染是近年來(lái)的研究熱點(diǎn)。目的:綜述了鈦合金表面抗菌涂層的原理、技術(shù)、分類及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。方法:由第一作者檢索1990年1月至2014年1月Scopus數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(重慶維普)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),檢索關(guān)鍵詞為"Titanium alloy,Plant,Antibacterial,Coating;鈦合金,內(nèi)植物,抗菌,涂層"。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:根據(jù)涂層的種類可將其分為抗生素類涂層、非抗生素類有機(jī)抗菌劑涂層、無(wú)機(jī)抗菌劑類涂層、抗黏附性涂層、抗菌生物活性聚合物涂層,各種涂層均具有較好的生物相容性,但也有各自的局限,目前對(duì)抗菌涂層的研究主要集中于:如何增強(qiáng)抗菌涂層與基體的結(jié)合力,并獲得良好的抗菌性、生物相容性、高耐磨性、持久性是需要研究的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題;抗菌相結(jié)構(gòu)、分布對(duì)于細(xì)菌定植的研究,無(wú)論是合金整體添加抗菌元素還是表面涂層型鈦合金,抗菌相的結(jié)構(gòu)、分布是影響抗菌性能的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Background: titanium alloy materials have been widely used in clinic because of their good biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. Objective: to summarize the principle, technology, classification, advantages and disadvantages of antibacterial coating on titanium alloy surface. Methods: from January 1990 to January 2014, Scopus database and Chinese Journal of Science and Technology Database (Chongqing Weipu) were searched by the first author. The key words were "Titanium alloyr Plantantibacter Coating.Titanium alloy, endophyte, antibacterial, coating". Results & conclusion: the coatings can be classified into antibiotic coatings, non-antibiotic organic antibacterial coatings, inorganic antimicrobial coatings, anti-adhesion coatings and antibacterial bioactive polymer coatings. All kinds of coatings have good biocompatibility, but they also have their own limitations. At present, the research on antibacterial coatings is mainly focused on: how to enhance the adhesion between antibacterial coatings and substrate, and obtain good antibacterial and biocompatibility. High wear resistance and durability are the key problems to be studied; the structure and distribution of antibacterial phase, whether the antibacterial element is added to the whole alloy or the surface coated titanium alloy, the structure of the antibacterial phase, Distribution is the key factor affecting antibacterial properties.
