基于超聲共振譜方法的人牙釉質(zhì)材料力學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:目的基于超聲共振譜(resonant ultrasound spectroscopy,RUS)方法研究人牙釉質(zhì)材料的力學(xué)特性。方法制作長(zhǎng)方體狀牙釉質(zhì)樣本。估計(jì)樣本的理論共振頻率,與RUS實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量得到的樣本實(shí)際共振頻率相比較;诘椒ㄕ{(diào)整牙釉質(zhì)彈性常數(shù),使得理論共振頻率和實(shí)驗(yàn)共振頻率滿足均方誤差最小準(zhǔn)則,并計(jì)算彈性模量、剪切模量與泊松比。結(jié)果牙釉質(zhì)樣本的彈性模量、剪切模量和泊松比范圍分別為61.52~80.46 GPa、21.51~51.86 GPa和0.18~0.43。如果排除差異較大樣本的影響,牙釉質(zhì)的平均彈性模量、剪切模量和泊松比分別為72.84 GPa、31.94 GPa和0.27。結(jié)論 RUS方法在測(cè)量牙釉質(zhì)力學(xué)特性方面具有可行性與重復(fù)性無損測(cè)量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),一次測(cè)量就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)牙釉質(zhì)所有彈性常數(shù)和力學(xué)參數(shù)的估計(jì),研究結(jié)果為牙科修復(fù)材料的研發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the mechanical properties of human enamel based on ultrasonic resonance ultrasound spectroscopy. Methods the cuboid enamel samples were made. The theoretical resonance frequency of the sample is estimated and compared with the actual resonance frequency of the sample measured by RUS experiment. The elastic constants of enamel are adjusted based on iterative method to make the theoretical resonance frequency and experimental resonance frequency meet the mean square error minimum criterion and calculate the elastic modulus shear modulus and Poisson's ratio. Results the elastic modulus, shear modulus and Poisson's ratio range of enamel samples were 61.52 ~ 80.46 GPA 21.51 ~ 51.86 GPa and 0.18 ~ 0.43, respectively. The average elastic modulus, shear modulus and Poisson's ratio of enamel were 72.84 GPA 31.94 GPa and 0.27 GPa, respectively. Conclusion the RUS method is feasible and reproducible in the measurement of enamel mechanical properties. One measurement can estimate all the elastic constants and mechanical parameters of enamel. The results provide a reference for the research and development of dental restoration materials.
