【摘要】:隨著我國人民生活條件的逐漸改善,心血管病逐漸成為威脅人類健康和生命的主要疾病之一,而心電圖現(xiàn)已成為診斷此類疾病的常規(guī)檢查手段。近年來,嵌入式技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展為心電信號的監(jiān)測提供了新的解決方案,使得便攜式心電圖機(jī)通過以太網(wǎng)接入計(jì)算機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)集中式監(jiān)控成為可能。 本文研究一種體積小、價格低的便攜式網(wǎng)絡(luò)心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng),將嵌入式心電采集設(shè)備通過以太網(wǎng)接入Internet,,通過TCP/IP協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)與PC機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)通信,實(shí)現(xiàn)心電信號的遠(yuǎn)程采集。 根據(jù)心電信號的特性,設(shè)計(jì)了信號采集電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了人體體表電信號的成功提;采用ATMEL公司的ATmega128作為控制芯片,其強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力滿足系統(tǒng)需要;選用ENC28J60作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制芯片,通過單片機(jī)上TCP/IP協(xié)議的移植,實(shí)現(xiàn)與PC的通信;客戶端利用可視化編程工具Visual Basic及Winsock控件開發(fā)應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)心電信號的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。 本文研究的嵌入式心電信號數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)能夠充分利用Internet優(yōu)勢,提升心血管類疾病的診斷效率及防治水平,進(jìn)而能夠?yàn)檫h(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療、專家會診等新興醫(yī)療手段提供良好的基礎(chǔ)支持。相對于現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、性能穩(wěn)定、兼容性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)具有一定的實(shí)用性和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living conditions, cardiovascular disease has become one of the main diseases threatening human health and life, and electrocardiogram (ECG) has become a routine method for diagnosis of these diseases. In recent years, the continuous development of embedded technology and network technology provides a new solution for ECG monitoring, which makes it possible for portable electrocardiograph machine to connect to computer via Ethernet and realize centralized monitoring. In this paper, a portable network ECG monitoring system with small volume and low price is studied. The embedded ECG acquisition device is connected to Internet through Ethernet, and the data communication with PC is realized through TCP/IP protocol, which can realize remote ECG signal acquisition. According to the characteristics of ECG signal, the signal acquisition circuit is designed, which realizes the successful extraction of human body surface signal, and the ATmega128 of ATMEL company is used as the control chip, and its powerful data processing ability meets the needs of the system. ENC28J60 is selected as the network control chip, and the communication with PC is realized through the transplantation of TCP/IP protocol on single chip computer, and the application program is developed by the visual programming tool Visual Basic and Winsock control, which can realize the remote monitoring of ECG signal. The embedded ECG data acquisition system studied in this paper can make full use of the advantages of Internet, improve the diagnosis efficiency and prevention level of cardiovascular diseases, and then can be used for telemedicine. Expert consultation and other emerging medical means to provide good basic support. Compared with the existing system, it has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance and strong compatibility.
