【摘要】:目的: 探討B(tài)H3103B型X-Y劑量率儀測(cè)量的影響因素及其不確定度評(píng)定。 方法: 選擇環(huán)境溫度穩(wěn)定的地下室試驗(yàn)電池電壓對(duì)BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀測(cè)量的影響;選擇空間開(kāi)闊、溫度變化明顯且人員活動(dòng)稀少的樓層樓頂對(duì)BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀進(jìn)行穩(wěn)壓供電,試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度對(duì)儀器測(cè)量的影響。由試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀進(jìn)行不確定度評(píng)定,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 結(jié)果: 1.儀器在9.0V標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓下劑量率指示誤差為(-1.5%-+3.1%)。 2.電壓在8.0V-9.2V范圍內(nèi)對(duì)儀器測(cè)量結(jié)果引起的誤差為(-13.2%~+0.9%)。 3.溫度在10-40℃范圍內(nèi)對(duì)儀器測(cè)量結(jié)果引起的誤差為(-3.4%-+37.9%)。 4.BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀的擴(kuò)展不確定度為36.6%,(k=2)。 結(jié)論: (1)北京核儀器廠生產(chǎn)的BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀明顯受到測(cè)量條件電池電壓和環(huán)境溫度的影響。 (2)電壓試驗(yàn)表明,該儀器用電池供電不能滿足連續(xù)8小時(shí)的工作。 (3)在實(shí)際測(cè)量過(guò)程中,對(duì)溫度的影響要進(jìn)行修正。 (4)BH3103B型X-Y劑量率儀不滿足《環(huán)境地表Y輻射劑量率測(cè)定規(guī)范》(GB/T14583-93)中的規(guī)定,但其測(cè)量結(jié)果在其測(cè)量不確定度范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Objective:The factors affecting the measurement of BH3103B X-Y dosimeter and its uncertainty evaluation were discussed.Methods:The influence of the battery voltage on the measurement of the BH3103B X-Y dosimeter is selected, and the floor roof with open space, obvious temperature change and few personnel activities is chosen to supply the BH3103B X-Y dosimeter with steady voltage.The influence of test environment temperature on instrument measurement.The uncertainty of BH3103B X-Y dosimeter was evaluated by the experimental data, and the results were verified.Results:1.The error of indicating the dose rate of the instrument at 9.0V standard voltage is -1.5- 3.1.2.The error caused by the voltage in the range of 8.0V-9.2V is from -13.2to 0.9.3.The error caused by the measurement results of the instrument in the temperature range of 10-40 鈩,
