激光熔覆技術(shù)制備的納米鉭-鈦合金棒結(jié)構(gòu)特征及生物相容性

【摘要】:目的運(yùn)用激光熔覆技術(shù)制備新型納米鉭-鈦合金棒并研究其結(jié)構(gòu)特征及生物相容性,為臨床選用內(nèi)固定提供依據(jù)。方法以納米級鉭粉(Ta,Tantalum)為原料,利用激光熔覆技術(shù)制備兩側(cè)具有對稱納米鉭涂層的新型鈦合金棒。SEM觀察微觀界面結(jié)構(gòu)、測量孔隙直徑并分析金相成分。采用MTT細(xì)胞毒性試驗和ALP活性檢測評價新型納米鉭-鈦合金對MC3T3-E1細(xì)胞增殖和分化性能的影響。結(jié)果掃描電鏡下觀察到試樣的Ta涂層表面呈粗糙多孔結(jié)構(gòu),鉭粉顆粒間致密熔融,孔隙直徑平均在200~300μm之間,加工過程前后成分一致;成分分析結(jié)果顯示熔覆過程并未產(chǎn)生新的元素。兩組材料皆可明顯促進(jìn)MC3T3-E1細(xì)胞增值,但新型納米鉭-鈦合金性能更為優(yōu)異,同時能夠促進(jìn)成骨細(xì)胞的骨化,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論激光熔覆技術(shù)可成功實現(xiàn)鉭與醫(yī)用鈦合金的冶金結(jié)合,并使其擁有良好的表面結(jié)構(gòu)和生物相容性。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare new nano tantalum-titanium alloy rod by laser cladding and to study its structure and biocompatibility so as to provide evidence for clinical selection of internal fixation.Methods A new titanium alloy rod with symmetrical nano-tantalum coating on both sides was prepared by laser cladding technique. The microstructure of the interface was observed, pore diameter was measured and metallographic composition was analyzed.MTT cytotoxicity test and ALP activity test were used to evaluate the effect of new nano tantalum titanium alloy on proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells.Results under scanning electron microscope, the surface of Ta coating showed rough porous structure, dense melt between tantalum powder particles, the average pore diameter was between 200 ~ 300 渭 m, and the composition of Ta coating was the same before and after processing.The results of composition analysis showed that no new elements were produced in the cladding process.Two groups of materials can obviously promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells, but the new nano-tantalum titanium alloy has better properties and can promote osteoblast ossification, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion the laser cladding technique can successfully realize the metallurgical bonding of tantalum with medical titanium alloy and make it have good surface structure and biocompatibility.
