【摘要】：冠脈疾病已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重威脅到人類的健康,但是目前醫(yī)學(xué)界還沒有一種比較有效的冠脈疾病診斷方法。虛擬內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為該問題的解決提供了一種全新的思路。作為一種非侵入式的醫(yī)療檢查手段,虛擬內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)越來越多的被用來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的診斷方法。虛擬內(nèi)窺鏡是一種三維可視化工具,通過計算機(jī)對CT等醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的處理可以生成人體內(nèi)部特定解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的虛擬視圖,從而模擬出傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)窺鏡的視覺效果。本文針對冠脈的特點(diǎn),將虛擬內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)應(yīng)用到冠脈診斷中,設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個基于冠脈CT圖像的虛擬內(nèi)窺鏡系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)主要包括冠脈中心線提取模塊、冠脈內(nèi)腔分割模塊和冠脈三維重建模塊。在冠脈中心線提取方面,采用最小代價路徑方法提取的冠脈中心線作為漫游路徑。在冠脈內(nèi)腔分割方面,針對醫(yī)療圖像存在的特點(diǎn),本文采用了水平集方法來對冠脈進(jìn)行分割。并在中心線的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種冠脈內(nèi)腔的分層顯示方法。最后,利用光線投影法對提取到的冠脈內(nèi)腔進(jìn)行三維重建,實(shí)現(xiàn)了冠脈系統(tǒng)的虛擬漫游,取得了良好的漫游效果。
[Abstract]:Coronary artery disease has been a serious threat to human health, but there is no effective diagnostic method for coronary artery disease.The appearance of virtual endoscope provides a new way to solve this problem.As a non-invasive medical examination, virtual endoscopy is more and more used to replace the traditional diagnostic methods.Virtual endoscope is a three-dimensional visualization tool. By processing medical images such as CT, virtual view of specific anatomical structure of human body can be generated by computer, thus the visual effect of traditional endoscope can be simulated.According to the characteristics of coronary artery, virtual endoscopy is applied to coronary artery diagnosis, and a virtual endoscope system based on coronary CT image is designed and implemented.The system mainly consists of coronary centerline extraction module, coronary artery segmentation module and coronary 3D reconstruction module.In the aspect of coronary centerline extraction, the coronary centerline extracted by minimum cost path method is used as roaming path.In the aspect of intracoronary segmentation, the level set method is used to segment the coronary artery according to the characteristics of medical image.On the basis of centerline, a layered display method of intracoronary cavity is proposed.Finally, the three-dimensional reconstruction of the extracted intracoronary cavity is carried out by the ray projection method, and the virtual roaming of the coronary artery system is realized, and a good roaming effect is obtained.
