【摘要】：目前我國介入手術(shù)醫(yī)生的總量遠遠不能滿足冠心病患者的治療需求,運用新的心血管介入手術(shù)訓(xùn)練手段來加快醫(yī)生的培養(yǎng)顯得尤為迫切,故開展心血管介入虛擬手術(shù)系統(tǒng)的研究有重要意義.針對心血管介入虛擬手術(shù)模擬器進行研發(fā),對心血管介入虛擬手術(shù)力反饋模擬器進行總體設(shè)計,該文設(shè)計了心血管介入手術(shù)介入導(dǎo)絲、導(dǎo)管的運動功能、力反饋功能模塊的機械結(jié)構(gòu)與控制系統(tǒng),設(shè)計了X光透視開關(guān)、造影劑注射劑量采集、球囊加壓氣壓采集等輔助介入操作仿真模塊.研究表明:集成的心血管介入手術(shù)模擬器系統(tǒng)滿足醫(yī)學(xué)培訓(xùn)的需要.
[Abstract]:At present, the total number of interventional surgeons in China is far from meeting the treatment needs of patients with coronary heart disease. It is particularly urgent to use new training methods of cardiovascular intervention surgery to speed up the training of doctors. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the research on the cardiovascular intervention virtual surgery system. The overall design of the cardiovascular intervention virtual surgical force feedback simulator for cardiovascular intervention virtual surgery simulator is carried out. In this paper, the mechanical structure and control system of interventional wire, catheter, force feedback module, X-ray fluoroscopy switch and contrast agent dose collection were designed. The research shows that the integrated simulation system of cardiovascular interventional surgery can meet the needs of medical training.
