【摘要】:目的介紹一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)截面形狀定制型股骨柄假體結(jié)構(gòu)以及自行開發(fā)的設(shè)計方法。方法首先利用DICOM格式的患者股骨CT圖像,重建患者股骨近端模型;根據(jù)重建出的患者股骨近端模型構(gòu)建股骨柄假體匹配段矩形的截面邊界,并在矩形截面邊界內(nèi)用簡單的線條初步構(gòu)建出假體的截面輪廓曲線;利用股骨近端模型對初步設(shè)計出的股骨柄假體進(jìn)行驗證,并通過調(diào)整設(shè)計參數(shù)使最終設(shè)計出的個性化股骨柄假體與患者股骨髓腔相匹配。結(jié)果定制型人工髖關(guān)節(jié)股骨柄假體采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)截面形狀,便于快速設(shè)計出個性化假體,而且設(shè)計操作簡單。參數(shù)化程序設(shè)計大大降低了個性化股骨柄假體的設(shè)計工作量。結(jié)論標(biāo)準(zhǔn)截面形狀定制型股骨柄假體的設(shè)計將有助于提高定制型人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)的成功率,促進(jìn)定制型股骨柄假體在臨床上的應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce a custom-made femoral prosthesis with standard cross-section shape and the design method developed by ourselves. Methods the proximal femur model was reconstructed by using CT images of patients with DICOM format. According to the reconstruction of the proximal femur model, the section boundary of the matched segment of the prosthetic prosthesis of the femur was constructed, and the cross-section contour curve of the prosthesis was preliminarily constructed with simple lines within the rectangular cross-section boundary. The proximal femur model was used to verify the preliminary designed prosthesis of femur petiole. By adjusting the design parameters, the individualized femoral handle prosthesis was designed to match the femoral medullary cavity of the patient. Results the customized hip joint femur pedicle prosthesis adopted the standard section shape, which was convenient for the rapid design of the individualized prosthesis. The parameterized programming greatly reduces the design workload of the personalized femoral handle prosthesis. Conclusion the design of the customized femoral handle prosthesis with standard cross-section shape will be helpful to improve the customized hip prosthesis. The success rate of the operation, To promote the clinical application of customized femoral handle prosthesis and further improve the quality of life of patients.
