【摘要】：目的:通過分析名老中醫(yī)臨床要素,設(shè)計(jì)名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)挖掘平臺(tái)的功能框架,進(jìn)行名老中醫(yī)臨床要素的多維關(guān)系分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)名醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)。方法:在大量調(diào)研咨詢的基礎(chǔ)上,確定名老中醫(yī)臨床要素,根據(jù)其主要內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)"名老中醫(yī)臨床診療信息采集系統(tǒng)",將名老中醫(yī)臨床信息轉(zhuǎn)化為可直接分析的結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù),匯總臨床數(shù)據(jù),建立名老中醫(yī)診療信息基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,利用實(shí)時(shí)在線展示技術(shù)等分析方法,并集成無尺度網(wǎng)絡(luò)、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則、聚類分析等多種分析挖掘方法,對(duì)名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)各要素間的多維關(guān)系等進(jìn)行展示、分析與挖掘。結(jié)論:根據(jù)名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)臨床要素進(jìn)行分析挖掘可滿足臨床多方面的挖掘需求�；诂F(xiàn)代信息科學(xué)技術(shù),分析名老中醫(yī)臨床要素的多維關(guān)系,有利于名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)的發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳承,將起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical elements of famous old Chinese medicine (TCM) and design the functional framework of the platform for mining the experience of famous old Chinese medicine (TCM), and to analyze the multidimensional relationship of clinical elements of famous Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: on the basis of a great deal of investigation and consultation, the clinical elements of famous and old Chinese medicine were determined, according to their main contents, Design the "famous old Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment information collection system", transform the famous old traditional Chinese medicine clinical information into the direct analysis of structured data, collect clinical data, establish the famous old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment information basic data warehouse, Using real-time online display technology and integrating scale-free network, association rules, clustering analysis and other analysis mining methods, the multi-dimensional relationship between various elements of famous Chinese medicine experience is displayed. Conclusion: according to the clinical factors of famous old Chinese medicine, it can meet the needs of many aspects of clinical mining. Based on modern information science and technology, the multi-dimensional relationship of clinical elements of famous old Chinese medicine is analyzed. It is beneficial to the discovery of the experiential knowledge of famous old Chinese medicine, and will play an active role in promoting the inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine experience.
