【摘要】：正患者男,60歲,樹(shù)枝刺傷左側(cè)頸部自行拔出后到外院就診,給予清創(chuàng)、縫合術(shù),放引流條處理;術(shù)后3天撤引流條,隨后切口處間斷流膿2月余,于我院就診。查體:左側(cè)耳后乳突下2cm處見(jiàn)一直徑約2cm大小包塊,局部皮膚紅腫、破潰,伴黃色膿液,壓痛,有竇道形成,初步考慮有異物殘留并感染。外科探查竇道深約4.0cm。頸部平片該區(qū)域軟組織密度略增高,未見(jiàn)明確異物。將無(wú)菌紗布條經(jīng)碘水浸潤(rùn)后,填塞入左頸枕部竇
[Abstract]:The male was 60 years old. The left neck of the wound was pulled out and treated with debridement, suture and drainage strips. The drainage strip was removed 3 days after the operation, followed by intermittent discharge of pus in the incision on February. Physical examination: a diameter of about 2 cm was found in the submastoid of the left ear, the local skin was redness and swelling, rupture, accompanied by yellow pus, tenderness, sinus formation, Initial consideration of foreign body residue and infection. Surgical exploration of sinus depth about 4.0 cm. Neck plain film soft tissue density slightly increased, no clear foreign body.
