基于蘋果移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備的眼疾診斷方法的研究

【摘要】:近年來,眼科類疾病病發(fā)率普遍上升。根據(jù)有關(guān)檢測(cè)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)表明,在中國(guó)兒童以及青少年這樣特殊的群體中,對(duì)于視力不良檢測(cè)率,小學(xué)生中約有百分之二十八,中學(xué)生中約有百分之六十,高中生中約有百分之八十五,而且這個(gè)比率還在不斷的上升。 世界范圍內(nèi)患有眼疾的病人也越來越多,近視眼、眼睛細(xì)菌感染、眼部角膜發(fā)炎等病癥的發(fā)病率有上升的趨勢(shì)。近年來的科學(xué)研究表明,通過檢測(cè)眼球中某些特定部位的特征變化,可以診斷出一些病人的腦部疾病。在眼疾病發(fā)前期,如果能獲得有效的測(cè)試眼科疾病的方法,就能做到早發(fā)現(xiàn)早治療。與此同時(shí),眼疾病人在醫(yī)院得到治療之后,醫(yī)生也要有相應(yīng)的測(cè)試方法來檢測(cè)病人的眼睛的恢復(fù)狀況。那么針對(duì)不同的眼科類疾病,提出不同的有效測(cè)試方法就顯得非常的必要。 在本文中,一種交互式、便攜式、廉價(jià)的解決方案將被應(yīng)用于人眼疾病診斷。由于用于檢測(cè)人眼疾病的非常昂貴的光學(xué)儀器已經(jīng)存在,所以本文所提出方法的目的不在于取代上述儀器,而在于借助高分辨率可編程的移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備、引入互動(dòng)式的圖形用戶界面,最大程度地簡(jiǎn)化理論,實(shí)時(shí)的將病人引入與程序交互的環(huán)節(jié)中,以達(dá)到便捷、快速、有效地檢測(cè)人眼疾病的目的。 蘋果公司研發(fā)的移動(dòng)終端應(yīng)用類產(chǎn)品,在世界范圍內(nèi)有非常高的銷售量。本文從常見眼科疾病的病理出發(fā),借助于蘋果公司移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備這個(gè)媒介,用Xcode開發(fā)工具精心的開發(fā)出一套行之有效的眼科疾病測(cè)試程序,眼科病人可以通過這些測(cè)試來檢查自己的眼睛是否患有某種疾病。相對(duì)于其他的在蘋果移動(dòng)終端上的應(yīng)用類程序,眼科測(cè)試程序并不多見,該測(cè)試項(xiàng)目具有很廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of eye diseases has generally increased. According to relevant test data, among Chinese children and adolescents, there are about 28% children with poor eyesight. There are about 60% middle school students and 85% high school students, and the rate is rising. There are more and more patients with eye diseases worldwide. The incidence of myopia, ocular bacterial infections, ocular keratitis and other diseases is on the rise. Scientific research in recent years has shown that. By detecting the characteristics of certain parts of the eye, you can diagnose some patients with brain disease. In the early stages of eye disease, if you can get an effective method to test eye disease, you can find early treatment. At the same time, After the patients with eye diseases are treated in hospital, doctors should also have the corresponding test methods to detect the recovery of the patients' eyes. Therefore, it is very necessary to propose different effective testing methods for different ophthalmic diseases. In this article, an interactive, portable and inexpensive solution will be applied to the diagnosis of human eye disease. Therefore, the purpose of the method proposed in this paper is not to replace the above instruments, but to introduce an interactive graphical user interface with the help of high-resolution programmable mobile terminal devices, thus simplifying the theory to the greatest extent. In order to detect human eye diseases conveniently, quickly and effectively, patients are introduced into program interaction in real time. The mobile terminal application products developed by Apple have very high sales worldwide. This paper, based on the pathology of common ophthalmic diseases, uses Apple's mobile terminal device as a medium. A set of effective ophthalmic disease testing program was developed with Xcode development tool. Eye patients can use these tests to see if they have a disease in their eyes. Compared with other applications on Apple's mobile devices, eye testing programs are rare and have a promising future.
