基于STAP消除干擾雜波的方法研究

【摘要】:陣列信號處理是現(xiàn)代信號處理的一個重要分支,它被廣泛使用于生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、語音處理和雷達等領(lǐng)域。陣列信號處理器通常工作在強雜波、干擾等復(fù)雜的電磁環(huán)境,如果處理器平臺是空中運動的,還會面臨由于平臺運動導(dǎo)致的雜波譜展寬干擾等問題。作為解決上述問題的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),空時二維自適應(yīng)信號處理(STAP)的最優(yōu)處理器在理論上可以通過空時二維聯(lián)合自適應(yīng)濾波去除雜波和干擾,以達到很好檢測出目標(biāo)的目的。但由于實際工作環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、平臺和工藝水平的局限性以及最優(yōu)處理器算法本身的局限性,這種方法在實際工程應(yīng)用中很難實現(xiàn)。 針對這一情況,以實際工程背景為需求,從降低空域抑制干擾自由度和空時聯(lián)合濾除雜波的角度出發(fā)主要做了兩個方面的工作: 1、提出對自適應(yīng)旁瓣相消(ASLC)數(shù)據(jù)進行雜波預(yù)處理,從而降低ASLC所需自由度,利用有限的輔助通道數(shù)目在空域先抑制掉干擾; 2、在抑制掉干擾之后,利用基于多級維納濾波(MWF)的降維STAP去除雜波,并在多級維納濾波的后向遞推過程中提出了變對角加載技術(shù)穩(wěn)健波束形成,提高算法的魯棒性和實用性。 仿真結(jié)果表明,,對自適應(yīng)旁瓣相消數(shù)據(jù)的雜波預(yù)處理可以很好地將含有雜波的采樣樣本排除出ASLC的訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù),提高有限輔助通道數(shù)目的ASLC系統(tǒng)抑制干擾的能力;而基于MWF的變對角加載STAP技術(shù)不僅在降維上方便易實現(xiàn),而且運算量小,波束形成也十分地穩(wěn)健。
[Abstract]:Array signal processing is an important branch of the modern signal processing, which is widely used in biomedical engineering, biomedical, speech processing and radar field. Array signal processor usually work in the strong clutter, electromagnetic interference and other complex environment, if the processor platform is the air, will face due to the platform due to the motion of the clutter spectrum broadening interference. As the key technology to solve the above problem, space-time adaptive signal processing (STAP) the optimal processor can through space-time combined adaptive filtering to remove clutter and interference in theory, in order to achieve good detection of the target. But due to the complexity of the working environment, the limitations of the platform and the level of technology and the limitation of the optimal processor algorithm itself, this approach is difficult to implement in practical engineering application.
In view of this situation, based on the actual engineering background, we need to do two aspects in the following aspects: reducing the degree of freedom of interference in airspace and filtering the clutter in space time.
1, put forward of adaptive sidelobe canceller (ASLC) data clutter processing, thereby reducing the required ASLC degrees of freedom in the airspace first suppress interference by the number of auxiliary channel limited;
2, after restraining the interference, we use the multidimensional Wiener filter (MWF) to reduce the clutter of the dimension STAP, and propose the variable diagonal loading technology robust beamforming in the backward recursive process of multistage Wiener filtering, which improves the robustness and practicability of the algorithm.
The simulation results show that the adaptive sidelobe cancellation of the clutter data pretreatment is a good way to contain the clutter samples out of the training data of ASLC, improve the ability of interference suppression in ASLC system a limited number of auxiliary channels; and variable diagonal loading STAP MWF is not only in the dimension above the easy realization based on but a small amount of computation, beamforming is also very robust.
