【摘要】：殼聚糖是自然界中存在的唯一的帶正電的堿性氨基多糖,具有來源豐富、無毒、低免疫原性、良好的生物可降解性和生物相容性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。殼聚糖的活性氨基和羥基,經(jīng)各種化學(xué)修飾如羧基化、巰基化、季銨化、疏水修飾、長循環(huán)修飾和靶向修飾,可獲得具有特殊功能特性的衍生物,廣泛用作藥物和基因的載體材料。是近年來藥劑學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文就近年來殼聚糖及其衍生物在藥物遞送中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Chitosan is the only positively charged alkaline aminoglycan in nature, which has the advantages of abundant source, nontoxic, low immunogenicity, good biodegradability and biocompatibility. After various chemical modifications such as carboxylation, sulfylation, quaternary ammonium, hydrophobic modification, long cycle modification and targeted modification, derivatives with special functional properties can be obtained. Widely used as carrier materials for drugs and genes, it is a hot topic in the field of pharmacy in recent years. In this paper, the research progress of chitosan and its derivatives in drug delivery is reviewed.
