pH值對不同體系氧化鋯的影響

【摘要】:背景:目前有關(guān)不同實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)對于氧化鋯四方相影響的研究很多,但在水熱反應(yīng)中pH值對四方相的影響尚不明確。目的:利用水熱合成方法制備兩種氧化鋯體系,并通過使用兩種pH調(diào)節(jié)劑觀察pH值對于不同體系氧化鋯的影響,以及對四方相氧化鋯影響的規(guī)律。方法:以分析純硝酸鋯(Zr(NO_3)_4·5H_2O)和硝酸釔(Y(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)為反應(yīng)物,利用水熱合成方法分別制備純氧化鋯(ZrO_2)和氧化釔穩(wěn)定四方相氧化鋯(Y-TZP)納米粉體。利用X射線衍射分析(XRD)觀察pH值和不同pH調(diào)節(jié)劑(氫氧化鈉溶液與氨水/氫氧化鈉溶液)對于納米氧化鋯的四方相純度和晶粒尺寸的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)水熱合成方法可以獲得晶粒尺寸小于20 nm的高純度氧化鋯粉體;(2)當(dāng)pH值大于10時(shí)可以獲得四方相氧化鋯含量高于單斜相氧化鋯含量的樣品;(3)相對純氧化鋯體系,pH值13時(shí)獲得更多四方相氧化鋯含量及更大晶粒尺寸;(4)對摻釔氧化鋯體系,最佳pH值為12;(5)此外,在摻釔氧化鋯體系中,氨水/氫氧化鈉復(fù)合pH調(diào)節(jié)劑樣品組的四方相相對含量均顯著高于氫氧化鈉調(diào)節(jié)劑樣品組;(6)因此,控制pH值及選擇合理的pH調(diào)節(jié)劑,可以得到四方相含量高,晶粒尺寸大的氧化鋯。
[Abstract]:Background: there are many studies on the effect of different experimental parameters on the tetragonal phase of zirconia, but the effect of pH value on the tetragonal phase in hydrothermal reaction is not clear. Objective: to prepare two kinds of zirconia systems by hydrothermal synthesis. The effects of pH on zirconia in different systems and the rule of influence on tetragonal zirconia were observed by using two pH regulators. Pure zirconia zirconium oxide (ZZO _ 2) and yttrium stabilized tetragonal zirconia Y-TZP) powders were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis respectively. The pH value and different pH regulators (sodium hydroxide solution and ammonia water / hydroxide) were observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of sodium solution on the tetragonal phase purity and grain size of nano-zirconia. Results and conclusion the high purity zirconia powder with grain size less than 20 nm can be obtained by hydrothermal synthesis method. More tetragonal zirconia content and larger grain size were obtained from the sample with tetragonal zirconia content higher than monoclinic zirconia content than that of pure zirconia system at 13:00. In addition, in the system of yttrium zirconia, the relative content of tetragonal phase in the sample group of ammonia / sodium hydroxide complex pH regulator is significantly higher than that of the sample group of sodium hydroxide regulator. Zirconia with high tetragonal content and large grain size can be obtained.
