【摘要】：慢性心理壓力會(huì)帶來一系列的病理、生理風(fēng)險(xiǎn),直接影響健康。有效地評(píng)估心理壓力,一直是心理壓力研究中的熱點(diǎn)問題。在心理壓力評(píng)估過程中,個(gè)體差異是影響評(píng)估效果的關(guān)鍵。本研究針對(duì)評(píng)估心理壓力/非壓力反應(yīng)中個(gè)體差異問題,以表面肌電信號(hào)作為評(píng)估參數(shù),以高校即將畢業(yè)的學(xué)生人群為對(duì)象,提出了一種改進(jìn)的支持向量機(jī)心理壓力評(píng)估算法。算法通過對(duì)樣本聚類,并將聚類信息賦予支持向量機(jī)的損失函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)訓(xùn)練樣本的篩選,針對(duì)篩選后出現(xiàn)兩類樣本不平衡問題,為損失函數(shù)賦予權(quán)重來降低分類器的預(yù)測(cè)傾向性,減少訓(xùn)練模型的誤差,補(bǔ)償不平衡樣本數(shù)據(jù)所造成的影響。心理壓力評(píng)估分類正確率由改進(jìn)前的70.34%,提高到79.31%,算法運(yùn)行時(shí)間由改進(jìn)前的2026.5 s減少到541.3 s。結(jié)果表明,該算法可以有效地解決個(gè)體差異對(duì)于心理壓力評(píng)估效果的影響,同時(shí)降低了分類器的計(jì)算復(fù)雜度,為心理壓力評(píng)估中個(gè)體差異研究提供一種可行的方案。
[Abstract]:Chronic stress can bring a series of pathological, physiological risks and directly affect health. Effective assessment of psychological stress has always been a hot issue in the study of psychological stress. The individual difference is the key to the evaluation effect. In order to evaluate the individual difference in psychological stress / non-stress response, the surface electromyography (EMG) signal is taken as the evaluation parameter, and the students graduating from the university are taken as the objects. An improved support vector machine (SVM) psychological stress assessment algorithm is proposed. By clustering the samples and giving the clustering information to the loss function of the SVM, the training samples can be screened. Aiming at the problem of unbalance of two kinds of samples after screening, the loss function is given weight to reduce the forecast tendency of classifier and the error of training model. The accuracy rate of psychological stress assessment was increased from 70.34 to 79.31, and the running time of the algorithm was reduced from 2026.5 s to 541.3 s. The algorithm can effectively solve the impact of individual differences on the psychological stress assessment, and reduce the computational complexity of the classifier. It provides a feasible scheme for the study of individual differences in psychological stress assessment.
