【摘要】：本文討論了現(xiàn)有常規(guī)監(jiān)護(hù)儀在基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)使用時(shí)的缺點(diǎn),即信息化程度不夠,成本過(guò)高,適用范圍有限等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些缺點(diǎn),以提高監(jiān)護(hù)儀信息化、降低成本、擴(kuò)大工作范圍為目的進(jìn)行了監(jiān)護(hù)儀的研究,以促進(jìn)常規(guī)多參數(shù)監(jiān)護(hù)儀在基層醫(yī)療單位的普及。 本文以MIN12440開(kāi)發(fā)板為主控制板,設(shè)計(jì)了心電、血壓、血氧脈搏、體溫、呼吸電路以及以ATmage32單片機(jī)為主的AD轉(zhuǎn)換電路。設(shè)計(jì)了單片機(jī)軟件,針對(duì)S3C2440芯片進(jìn)行了bootloader、Linux內(nèi)核和基于QT的根文件系統(tǒng)移植,以MINI2440開(kāi)發(fā)板為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了監(jiān)護(hù)儀的嵌入式軟件。 針對(duì)人體進(jìn)行測(cè)試,能夠?qū)π碾姴ㄐ巍⒚}搏波形等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行顯示和操作,并能通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸。除了實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)護(hù)儀基本功能,還完成了遠(yuǎn)程通訊等功能,以滿(mǎn)足基層醫(yī)療單位的使用。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the shortcomings of the existing conventional monitor when it is used in primary medical institutions, that is, the degree of informatization is not enough, the cost is too high, and the scope of application is limited. In order to improve the informatization of the monitor, this paper discusses the shortcomings. In order to promote the popularization of conventional multiparameter monitor in primary medical units, the research of monitor is carried out for the purpose of reducing cost and expanding the scope of work. In this paper, the MIN12440 development board as the main control board, designed ECG, blood pressure, blood oxygen pulse, body temperature. The respiratory circuit and AD conversion circuit based on ATmage32 single chip are designed, and the bootloader for S3C2440 chip is designed. The Linux kernel and the root file system based on QT are transplanted. The embedded software of monitor is designed based on the MINI2440 development board. For human testing, ECG waveform, pulse waveform and other data can be displayed and operated, and data transmission through the network. In addition to achieve the basic functions of the monitor. Also completed the remote communication and other functions to meet the use of primary medical units.
