一種新型動(dòng)態(tài)配氣儀研究

【摘要】:目的研制一種將液配氣和氣配氣合二為一的新型動(dòng)態(tài)配氣儀。方法當(dāng)原料氣在常溫下為液態(tài)時(shí)采用擴(kuò)散管法,利用減重稱(chēng)量法計(jì)算出物質(zhì)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擴(kuò)散管的擴(kuò)散速率,以空氣或氮?dú)庾鳛檩d氣(稀釋氣),通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)其流量即可得到所需質(zhì)量濃度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體;當(dāng)原料氣在常溫下為氣態(tài)時(shí)采用質(zhì)量流量混合法,通過(guò)精確控制原料氣和稀釋氣的流量,加以混合后得到所需質(zhì)量濃度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣。結(jié)果研制的樣機(jī)配置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣濃度可達(dá)到10-9級(jí),最大稀釋比達(dá)到1∶2 000。在液配氣模式的動(dòng)態(tài)配氣應(yīng)用測(cè)試中,其精密度測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)5.00%,已達(dá)到或超過(guò)日本同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品水平;樣機(jī)氣配氣模式應(yīng)用的精密度測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示RSD5.00%,滿(mǎn)足儀器設(shè)計(jì)要求。結(jié)論新型動(dòng)態(tài)配氣儀具有液配氣和氣配氣合二為一的功能,穩(wěn)定性較高,精密度好,能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a new type of dynamic gas distribution instrument which combines liquid gas distribution and gas distribution. Methods Diffusion tube method is used when the raw gas is liquid at room temperature. The diffusion rate of the substance in the standard diffusion tube is calculated by using the weight loss weighing method. The standard gas of the required mass concentration can be obtained by adjusting the flow rate of the gas by using air or nitrogen as carrier gas (dilution gas). When the raw gas is gaseous at room temperature, the mass flow mixing method is used to accurately control the flow rate of raw gas and dilution gas. After mixing, the required mass concentration of the standard gas is obtained. Results the standard gas concentration of the prototype can reach 10-9 grade. The maximum dilution ratio is 1: 2 000. In the dynamic gas distribution test of liquid gas distribution mode, the precision test results show that the relative standard deviation is 5.00%. Has reached or exceeded the level of similar products in Japan; The precision test results of the gas distribution mode of the prototype show that the RSD 5.00 meets the design requirements of the instrument. Conclusion the new type of dynamic gas distribution instrument has the function of combining liquid gas distribution and gas distribution and has high stability. The precision is good and the standard gas can be produced continuously and steadily for a long time.
