【摘要】:提出了一種新型的用于心電信號檢測的帶通濾波器。心電信號是常見的生物電信號,低頻達(dá)到0.1 Hz,高頻分量超過100 Hz,其檢測電路中需要一個0.1—100 Hz的帶通濾波器。由于0.1 Hz的低截止頻率和片上電容、電阻值的限制,采用傳統(tǒng)濾波器設(shè)計(jì)方法很難達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。為尋找結(jié)構(gòu)簡單而性能達(dá)標(biāo)的濾波器結(jié)構(gòu),引入了電流舵技術(shù),用低通濾波器和高通濾波器串聯(lián)的方式,使用不超過10 kΩ的電阻和不超過6 p F的電容就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)低達(dá)0.026 7 Hz的截止頻率。該濾波器在SMIC 0.18μm工藝下進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與仿真,經(jīng)過仿真驗(yàn)證,該濾波器在1.8V工作電源的情況下獲得了0.026 7 202 Hz的通頻帶,低于168μV的輸入?yún)⒖荚肼?0.1—100 Hz頻帶內(nèi)相移小于±30°,帶內(nèi)波動小于1 d B,濾波器整體功耗為311 n W。該濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,所需電阻電容值小,具有低噪聲、低功耗的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:A new band-pass filter for ECG detection is proposed, which is a common bioelectric signal with a low frequency of 0.1 Hz and a high frequency component of more than 100 Hz. A band-pass filter of 0.1-100 Hz is needed in the detection circuit. The resistance is limited by the low cut-off frequency of 0.1 Hz and the on-chip capacitance. The traditional filter design method is difficult to meet the design requirements. In order to find a simple structure and the performance of the filter structure, the current rudder technology is introduced, and the low pass filter and high pass filter are used in series. A low cut-off frequency of 0.026 7 Hz can be achieved by using resistors of not more than 10 k 惟 and capacitors of no more than 6 PF. The filter is used in SMIC. The design and simulation are carried out under 0.18 渭 m process. The simulation results show that the filter has a pass band of 0.026 7 202 Hz at 1.8 V power supply, which is lower than 168 渭 V input reference noise. The phase shift in the frequency band of 0.1-100 Hz is less than 鹵30 擄, the in-band fluctuation is less than 1 dB, and the overall power consumption of the filter is 311nW. The structure of the filter is simple and the value of resistance and capacitance required is small. It has the characteristics of low noise and low power consumption.
