【摘要】:肌電反饋診療系統(tǒng)是集肌電采集,低頻電刺激,生物反饋電刺激及肌電評估等功能于一體的康復(fù)綜合診療系統(tǒng),它在實(shí)時(shí)肌電分析和評估的基礎(chǔ)上開展電刺激治療將有效提高康復(fù)治療的科學(xué)性和可靠性。肌電反饋診療系統(tǒng)在治療下腰痛、中風(fēng)、肌萎縮等疾病中具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本論文介紹了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)。本論文先介紹了下位機(jī)硬件系統(tǒng)。下位機(jī)包括采集,電源,CPU及刺激四個(gè)部分。首先闡述了各個(gè)電路部分的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,功能和工作原理;其次介紹下位機(jī)的印制電路板設(shè)計(jì)方法。論文隨后介紹了上位機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)。軟件系統(tǒng)包括患者管理,肌電采集,低頻電刺激,生物反饋電刺激,肌電評估五個(gè)模塊。首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的需求分析和需求描述。然后介紹了軟件五個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及功能特點(diǎn)及長處。論文最后介紹了當(dāng)今評估sEMG的肌力、疲勞度等的一些主要方法及軟件目前達(dá)到的效果,包括感興趣區(qū)分析,肌電多參數(shù)對比等。 論文最后介紹了儀器遵循的三個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及本儀器在醫(yī)院進(jìn)行了臨床的采集和刺激,且均收到了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:EMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system is a comprehensive rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system which integrates the functions of electromyography acquisition, low frequency electrical stimulation, biofeedback electrical stimulation and myoelectric evaluation. On the basis of real-time electromyography analysis and evaluation, electric stimulation therapy will effectively improve the scientific nature and reliability of rehabilitation treatment. EMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system in the treatment of low back pain, stroke. Muscle atrophy and other diseases have important application value. This paper introduces the design and development of the whole system. This paper first introduces the hardware system of the lower computer. The lower computer includes acquisition, power supply. CPU and stimulation. Firstly, the realization scheme, function and working principle of each circuit are described. Secondly, the paper introduces the design method of the printed circuit board of the lower computer. The software system includes patient management, electromyography collection, low frequency electrical stimulation and biofeedback electrical stimulation. This paper introduces five modules of EMG evaluation. First, it introduces the requirement analysis and description of the system. Then it introduces the design, functional characteristics and advantages of the five modules of the software. Finally, the paper introduces the muscle strength evaluation of sEMG. Some of the main methods of fatigue and the results achieved by the software, including the analysis of the region of interest, the comparison of electromyoelectric parameters and so on. At the end of the paper, the three standards followed by the instrument were introduced, and the instrument was collected and stimulated in hospital.
