【摘要】：黑素瘤的診斷和治療是重要的臨床課題。黑素瘤的組織學(xué)形態(tài)變異很多,與某些色素細(xì)胞痣之間存在中間型的組織形態(tài)學(xué)交叉,有時(shí)病理診斷相當(dāng)困難。分子病理學(xué)的進(jìn)展為皮膚黑素瘤的確診提供了新的方法,同時(shí)也為黑素瘤的臨床治療提供了有價(jià)值的依據(jù)。BRAF,KIT,NRAS,HRAS等基因參與黑素瘤的發(fā)生和進(jìn)展的MAPK通路和Akt/PI3K通路。DNA測(cè)序、外顯子組測(cè)序、FISH技術(shù)、免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)可以檢測(cè)黑素瘤相關(guān)的分子變化。針對(duì)黑素瘤發(fā)生分子通路的靶向治療將使患者受益。
[Abstract]:The diagnosis and treatment of melanoma is an important clinical topic. There are many histomorphological variants in melanoma, and there are intermediate histomorphology intersecting with some pigmented nevi, which is sometimes difficult to diagnose pathologically. The progress of molecular pathology not only provides a new method for the diagnosis of skin melanoma, but also provides a valuable basis for the clinical treatment of melanoma. BRAF, KIT,NRAS,HRAS and other genes are involved in the occurrence and progress of melanoma MAPK pathway and Akt/PI3K pathway. DNA sequencing, exocrine group sequencing, FISH technology, immunohistochemistry can detect the molecular changes related to melanoma. Targeted therapy for the molecular pathway of melanoma will benefit patients.
