【摘要】：背景:雄激素性脫發(fā)是一種與雄激素及遺傳相關(guān)的毛發(fā)疾病,引起頭發(fā)脫落的因素并不完全清楚且目前療效尚不滿意。本文就雄激素性脫發(fā)的發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療進(jìn)行臨床分析。目的:對雄激素性脫發(fā)的病因及發(fā)病機(jī)制、診斷及治療進(jìn)行分析,并評估聯(lián)合用藥的療效。方法:本研究根據(jù)臨床診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入近330名雄激素性脫發(fā)患者進(jìn)行臨床觀察研究,評價時間為6個月。并將受試者隨機(jī)分為3組,每組給予不同的藥物進(jìn)行治療。最后統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,運(yùn)用卡方檢驗(yàn)和t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:每年的8月和9月為雄激素性脫發(fā)的高發(fā)就診時間。男性多于女性,40歲以下年輕患者明顯多于高齡患者。患者多在開始脫發(fā)后的1-5年就醫(yī)。從事腦力勞動者的發(fā)病率多于體力勞動者。對男性,聯(lián)合米諾地爾、非那雄胺和異維A酸的療效明顯強(qiáng)于單一用藥者(P0.05);對女性,聯(lián)合米諾地爾、螺內(nèi)酯和異維A酸的療效強(qiáng)于單一用藥者(P0.05)。異維A酸對男女頭皮的油膩狀況均有顯著抑制作用(P0.05)�？偨Y(jié):雄激素性脫發(fā)是好發(fā)育于青春期男性及女性的毛發(fā)性疾病,它與雄激素及遺傳有關(guān),同時受精神心理狀態(tài)的影響。聯(lián)合用藥對雄激素性脫發(fā)的治療療效更好。
[Abstract]:BACKGROUND: Androgen alopecia is a kind of hair disease related to androgen and inheritance, and the factors that cause the hair to fall off are not completely clear and the current curative effect is not satisfactory. This paper makes a clinical analysis of the pathogenesis and treatment of androgenic alopecia. Objective: To analyze the causes and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of androgenic alopecia, and to evaluate the curative effect of combined use. Methods: According to the clinical diagnostic criteria, the clinical observation and evaluation of nearly 330 patients with androgen alopecia were carried out, and the evaluation time was 6 months. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups, each of which was treated with a different drug. The final statistical results were statistically analyzed using the chi-square test and t-test. Results: The high incidence of androgenic alopecia was the highest in August and September of each year. More men than women, younger patients under 40 years of age are significantly more than those of the elderly. The patient went to a doctor for 1 to 5 years after the onset of hair loss. The incidence of mental workers is more than that of physical workers. The results showed that the curative effect of the combination of minoxidil, finasteride and isovitamin A was stronger than that of single-use drug (P0.05), and the curative effect of the combination of minoxidil, spironolactone and isoproteic acid was stronger than that of single-use drug (P0.05). The effect of isoproteic acid on the oily condition of the scalp of male and female was significant (P <0.05). Summary: Androgen hair loss is a kind of hair disease which is well developed in the male and female of puberty. It is related to the androgen and the inheritance, and is affected by the mental state. The combination medicine has better curative effect on the treatment of androgenic alopecia.
