【摘要】：逆向性痤瘡又名化膿性汗腺炎,常與聚合性痤瘡、膿腫性穿鑿性頭部毛囊周圍炎合并發(fā)生,國(guó)內(nèi)常以"毛囊閉鎖三聯(lián)征"報(bào)道該病。該病命名混亂,給讀者造成了一定困難。本文綜述不同階段人們對(duì)該病認(rèn)識(shí)的改變及其命名的變化。此外,近年來(lái)逆向性痤瘡的遺傳學(xué)研究取得了重大突破,本文同時(shí)探討逆向性痤瘡可能的發(fā)病機(jī)制,并對(duì)該病的病因?qū)W研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,希望將來(lái)可以從基因水平上對(duì)該病做出預(yù)防和治療,解除患者病痛。
[Abstract]:Reverse acne, also known as suppurative sweat inflammation, is often associated with aggregated acne and purulent drilled hair follicular periarthritis of the head. The disease is often reported as "hair follicles atresia triple sign" in China. The chaotic naming of the disease has caused some difficulties to readers. This paper reviews the changes in people's understanding of the disease and its nomenclature at different stages. In addition, in recent years, great breakthroughs have been made in the genetic research of reverse acne. This paper also discusses the possible pathogenesis of reverse acne, and summarizes the etiological research progress of the disease. It is hoped that prevention and treatment of the disease can be made at the genetic level in the future to relieve the pain of the patients.
