【摘要】：正患兒女,12個(gè)月。因額部淡紅色斑塊3個(gè)月于2011年5月6日就診。3個(gè)月前患兒父母無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)其女額部正中有一約花生米大淡紅色結(jié)節(jié),無癢、痛。皮損漸進(jìn)性增至小棗樣大,病程中未曾破潰�；純鹤阍马槷a(chǎn),母乳喂養(yǎng),家族中未見類似患者;否認(rèn)發(fā)病前有蟲咬及外傷史。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。皮膚科檢查:額部正中可見一略隆起的淡紅色斑塊,約1.5 cm×2 cm,表面與皮膚粘連,基底部可活動(dòng),質(zhì)地中等,無觸摸痛,中
[Abstract]:I am suffering from children for 12 months. Because of the reddish plaques of the forehead for 3 months, they were treated on May 6, 2011. 3 months ago, the parents of the children accidentally found that there was a big reddish node of peanut in the middle of the forehead, with no itching and pain. The skin lesions gradually increased to jujube size and did not break during the course of disease. Full-term delivery, breast-feeding, no similar patients in the family; denied a history of insect bites and trauma before onset. Physical examination: there is nothing abnormal in the systematic examination. Dermatological examination: a slightly bulging reddish plaque was seen in the middle of the forehead, about 1.5 cm 脳 2 cm, surface adhered to the skin, the base was movable, the texture was medium, and there was no touch pain.
